I have been here twice (wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt) and would not recommend this place. Both times I visited the employees acted as If I were inconveniencing them. First trip was fine, stylist was judgemental and full of comments, but the hair came out pretty good. Second trip did not go so well. I asked for a high and tight and it was not cut short enough in certain places. When I asked to have it shortened the stylist wanted to argue and had to take a moment to compose themselves, and eye roll to another stylist before shortening my hair. Not a friendly or professional place based on my experiences.

If you come only see Donna. Mindy cut my kids hair today and acted like she didnt want to it. Tried to cut my daughters hair shorter than I asked. Then she cut it so uneven Im going to have to cut it shorter to make it even again. She said my daughter must have moved, which she didnt. Asked her to trim around my sons ears and she acted like it was an inconvenience. My kids have had their hair cut plenty of times and never has the experience been this bad. We wont be returning after this visit.

when first walking into the salon I automatically felt like we were inconviening the stylists. they acted stuck up and ride. I had a nice lady do my hair and she did a good job. my fiance in the other hand had a TERRIBLE cut. I wish i would have taken pictures before I went home and tried to do a better job myself!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!! It sucks because they are so close to home. save your money. do not go here!

I had a horrible experience at the fantastic sams in St. Cloud. Not only did I get a terrible color. I walked out there looking like a canary after 5 hours, I got charged $80 for my pain and suffering. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. And they have lost my familys business for sure. The turnover there is quick. I never get the same stylist. Id give a zero but that wasnt an option. Be smart, go somewhere else.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, especially (Latasha?)!!! They butchered my sons perfectly curly hair because an incompetent hair "stylist" could not follow simple instructions!! If it allowed me to give negative star ratings, I would. My advice, stick to a professional place if you care about your appearance!

Fast service, great hair stylist, and very clean environment. I drive all the way from Orlando to this st.cloud location because how much I love this place. Marlene is my favorite hair stylist there, so if you like funky and something different whether its a cut or color definitely see her!
