The very first time I attempted to check this place out I asked them how much a blowout would.Be, they looked at my hair and said 40. Now I have natural hair and I was looking for an alternative For my hair, I had several other natural friends that recommended a blowout and thought I would Go to them and see. When I went in I went to address this woman and a man urged me to come but I overlooked him, he was a hatian man. I asked the woman how much she would charge and said she would charge 35, then there was a man next to her someone that appeared like a boyfriend of hers said something in creole and then she changed her price to 40. But she was also working on someones hair and so she directed me to the hatian man from earlier. The man said he would charge me 40. When I asked him if he took card he said no and said I could go to an atm, I agreed. but one thing I noticed is that he had rushed me so fast to sit and to do my hair. So now I felt very strange as this man did my hair and wasn’t sure I had a way to pay him. That was the number one thing I didn’t like was that I felt a little rushed or that he seemed desperate to sit me down. I went ahead and took my hair out and he washed my hair and he was ok and nice. He went ahead and took a blow dryer, blow dried it and then too a hair straighter and straightened it and spayed a little spritz that you would get from a hair store. Now I dont know process of getting a blow out and I believe that its my fault for not doing my own research. But I thought that it was and thought the process would be a little more drawn out from what I heard. When I stepped out it wasn’t all super sleek, just straight. But I figured it was windy and that’s why it felt it was already getting messy so I put it up in a ponytail. Unfornately from the time I stepped out of the salon to the 5 minutes I walked and put it in a ponytail was the last time I was able to wear it down because it got frizzy so quick. Now im not sure but from other blowouts that I have seen people do I didn’t see their hair get that frizzy until like 2 weeks after. Now I was trying to avoid going back to the salon because the man seemed desperate for the money and did take some time to straighten my hair. I didn’t want to be a difficult customer but after seeing that this was done incorrectly I decided to go the salon and ask for my money back. When I went to ask for my money back I found myself getting more upset then expected and I think its because my approach wasn’t some hood type female ready to argue but as an apparent disatified customer looking for first my money back. I spoke to the man and he threw some oh you should of came Monday. And was ready to cut my off as I spoke so I wanted to talk to the manager, I went to the manager and she was worse, unprofessional and quiet disrespectful esc since though I was defensive I was not mocking their work but simply saying I expected a blowout and I I don’t think this was it. She asked me to define a blowout, she kept touching her ears as I became more frustrated because I felt disrespected and unheard. I was having some type of weird debate with this woman just so she can avoid the fact that I needed my money back, clearly seeing that whether if I came back in 2 days or 6 days I wasn’t lying and that the man obviously didn’t do a good work cause my hair was nearly at original state too quickly and my hair type was not the case. She attempted to then blame it on my natural hair and said she would of charged me 65. I was a true dissatisfied customer and these people didn’t provide good hair service (dominical blowout) or good customer service after I was a disatified. They seem desperate because they aren’t making money.

Horrible place! Zero customer service. They have no idea on how to do natural hair but they just want your money. The lady I think shes the owner is super rude. When I got there I asked her if she could do my hair she said yes, because I knew it was easy for a lot of people to do natural hair. I wanted my hair straightened. After the blowout as soon as I walked out of there my half of my head went right back to normal. I was pretty upset. I went back the next day asking them to fix it,I spoke to the lady on the phone she was really rude talking about "we dont do these types of hair" well you shouldve of told me that before you took my money. She asked me to pay for the full service if I wanted my hair fixed which was 45$. I said okay, because I needed my hair to go somewhere in the evening thats why I got it done in the first place. Another girl started doing my hair then she called again saying Not to do it. I was so upset like why??? Im willing to pay and you guys wont still do my hair, she was like :" we have the right to refuse service. " I was livid!!. Who treat people like this? Especially after you took my money in the beginning with poor service. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they rude and unprofessional. Go there at your own risk! They just want to dig in your pocket while their services suck.
