This gym as a whole is going down! From the mouth of corporate, "They dont care about the daycare and the daycare isnt what brings them money. Its not about keeping the current members happy. Its about bringing new members in." They should stop worrying about how many members they are bringing in and worry about everything thats wrong with the gym! The corporate guys and new management they have in place is very two faced, they are liars, and have no problem disrespecting people. This location is poorly run! Sure you can read this review and take it as Im a disgruntled ex employee but believe me this is the truth. There once was a time when I enjoyed my job. Just an fyi for all you members out there they dont do a background check, they dont require you to be CPR or first aid certified, and the people that work in the daycare are not certified through the state to do so. Sure they can say they are exempt from any of the department of children and family rules but thats not posted any where. They are a childcare facility and they have to abide by the minimum standards and they dont. It doesnt matter how many of you complain about it they will never fix it because at the end of the day the daycare is their last priority and their first priority is making that money! If I was you I would do whatever I needed to to get out of there!! Your money is worth more than that gym!!

Ive been a member since 2011 when the gym opened and it pains me to see some of the changes recently. It would have be nice to get some advance notice on the doors being linked to contacts. It would be nice if the company that does the payments actually had all the contract history for members (they have my original, but the gym has all of them). It would be nice if the standard hours for members wasnt such a money grab (M-F 8AM to 8PM, Sat 9-6PM, Sun 10-6PM). However, the most disappointing thing is the lack of investment. Each year the annual maintenance fee of $49 per member is taken, but other than repair to the machines, Ive not seen any real investment in the equipment or facilities. You cant expect people to keep paying when nothing new is offered. This is how other gyms in the area keep picking off people. If the gym is going to invest or make changes, inform the members so they have something to look forward to and dont jump ship. Im most likely going to ending my membership, which is unfortunate because the place is less than 10 minutes from my house.

I joined this gym a few years ago because I wanted a gym that had both Les Mills group fitness classes & machines (for me, treadmills). Earlier this year, I also started teaching Les Mills classes here. Teaching has allowed me to get to know other members of the gym better & its a wonderful community of people. I enjoy not only teaching classes, but taking them - lots of options & my fellow instructors are great! Additionally, I have always found the staff to be friendly & helpful & my son enjoys Kidnetix (childcare). Brandi, the new General Manager, works hard to accommodate member requests for class offerings & is always trying to improve the member experience. And I really appreciate the 24/7 access. A great gym!

Large variety of classes....spinning, dance, weights, yoga/Pilates, etc with childcare available during most of the class times (which is good because I have 2 kids!). TVs on most cardio equipment makes it easy to stay entertained if doing self workout. Music pumping if you want to do weight training and dont have an iPod/smart phone with your own music. Ive been in classes with 20 year olds and 70 year olds so the age range helps to ensure that the instructors vary intensity and offer options for fitness levels. This location is clean, friendly, and so many ways to workout you really dont have an excuse! Plus they will let you workout for Free your first time....come get in shape!

I used to love this Gym. It felt like a family owned gym. The new GM has completely ruined the place. I was allowed to bring guests in and based on what I can tell he has personally changed that. Me and my friend signed up and used to bring people in every so often and ended up signing up about 7 people with that. I miss the environment I signed up in and i wont be renewing after this contract Bc of how bad it is now. He charged my father in law $5 for the day and it was on thanksgiving... sorry but thats not how you treat a loyal member who has referred more 7 new members! Especially when they do free 7 day passes. Shame shame. BRING TRIP BACK!!

The parent company, National Health and Fitness are a bunch of crooks. DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER HERE. It is a membership built on lies. I have bank statements showing payments made, and they continue to harass about non payments. They are fraudulent thieves and should be held accountable for their actions. Save yourself MONEY and time, and DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER HERE. It took nearly 3 months of battling with them over "unpaid" dues when I provided bank statements of payments and they "claimed to have not gotten them" however the money left my account and went to theirs.... THIEVING LYING CROOKS.

be very careful with this gym, they tell you things they will do and then fail to follow through and you end up paying for it - their response - yes we know it is our fault but it is YOUR account you will have to fix it - and when you call their billing company they tell you that ONLY the gym can fix it. They have a big problem with telling the truth - and when you say you want to terminate your membership then they get all upset with YOU like it was YOUR fault. VERY VERY bad atmosphere and very frustrating to deal with.

Tripp, the Regional manager has not returned my previous phone calls. Now Ive been charge an annual fee that was never disclosed and am told that Tripp would have disclosed it. Apparently both me and my husband missed that part. Additionally, the free fitness assessment that you get every month is completed by commissioned employees. Once they realized that I was not going to sign up for personal training, they cancelled my son and husbands free appointments three times. Horrible place. Go to Golds Gym or Premier.

I have been going to the Kerry Forest Kinetix for about a year now and I cant say enough good things about it. As soon as you walk in the girls at the front desk are friendly and know you by name. I have tried several of the classes and have really enjoyed all of them and the instructors are great! The kid care is a great bonus for me also and my kids love going to the gym with me so they can go to Kidnetix. I love everything about it, best gym in town for sure!

Ive been going to this club for about three years and it is wonderful! I usually use the group fitness classes, mostly body pump. All of the instructors whose classes Ive taken have been excellent. Just go once to body pump, body attack, body step or spin and youll see what Im talking about. Very professional and always available for questions. It has changed my life and I am very grateful for having such a great facility. I would highly recommend Kinetix!
