WARNING: THIS PLACE BURNED MY SKIN! Went here for a trial cryo therapy. When therapy started, I IMMEDIATELY told owner that my arm was burning. He said as long as it wasnt my legs that I was fine. Got out of the booth and the meat on my forearm was frozen solid. I woke up with blisters all over my forearm from the freezer burn. Called and told owner about my injuries. Told him he was negligent for not warning me to not touch the walls. He says "my bad". Wish Id never done it. Literally scarred for life now.

I went to Kold for cryotherapy during marathon training. The business is great, professional and informative. Staff and co-owner Anthony very helpful. I stayed recovered, injury free and had a great race thanks to cryotherapy. I recommend to anyone training for an event. My routine was almost daily for 6-8 weeks prior to race during long runs.
