(Praise!!) •Great prices •Clean Its kind of funny to read some of the negative reviews.. Ive rented from The Storage Zone for over two years straight between my last job for inventory storage and my current job using two separate units. The price is great, its close to my accounts and my house, so its easy to drop by and it has 24 hour access. I tend to work late at night, so being able to drop by whenever is a HUGE perk. Theres really not many places in town thatre 24 hours and accept deliveries. (UPS, FED EX, etc- They sign for your delivery and put it in your storage unit for you) Hallelujah! You businesses with multiple deliveries at various times and days know exactly how I feel! Ive never had an issue with any deliveries between either of my units in the past two years either. Mrs. Debrah is great! I do see how people can say shes a bit strict, but she is very protective of the storage units and makes a conscious effort to get to know everyone and know what is going on at all times. She knows whos coming and going and makes sure the units and the property is safe. People are not allowed to linger around units or stay extended periods of time, especially late at night. That is a safety feature that I appreciate and value since I tend to come late at night before work. They also do nightly walk arounds and have cameras on the units. If something looks out of place and/or she doesnt know you, I dont doubt shes questioned people why theyre hanging around and kicked people out! Thats her job! Theres a homeless shelter a few blocks away and they do tend to meander to local businesses nearby- that is why the gates are always locked and they do multiple walk arounds. To the negative review that she wrongfully accused people of smoking weed and kicked them out for no reason - good. Not sure what unit it was, but there was one music studio that did have people hanging around doing who knows what at random times so theres your prime example of her zero tolerance policy. Not sure why they even rented at a storage facility to begin with, but again lingering people arent allowed (duh). Storage units are meant for come and go traffic. There are a couple units that people have rented out to play music in their band (I actually like it when theyre playing while Im there!), so they definitely do accommodate people, but like any business there are rules. Usually by 10:30 they have to stop playing/ not hanging around the unit. Again, that is for everyones safety... Abide by the rules and youre good... but then again, I use my unit for work, so I dont have any issues with the rules. I usually stop by to grab stuff and leave right after. I also made an effort to get to know the office staff when I first got my unit. I say hi when I see them and wave when theyre busy. They tell everyone if they see anything suspicious to report it to them. If multiple people are complaining about a unit they are warned, and if issues continue, theyre evicted. They dont put up with nonsense, and I appreciate it! They want a safe environment for all their tenants even if it costs them the loss of a unit. Thank you for everything you do!

I came to drop off my things at a storage my friend and I shared. When I arrived, my gate code didnt work. I didnt know how to enter, so I honked at what I thought was a worker, and asked him for help to get in. I did it respectfully, and with no ill intent. He went into the office, and came out and left. I just stayed watching the office not knowing what to do. A lady then came out yelling at me, telling me to not honk and to park my car and come inside. It was extremely uncalled for the way she came out yelling at me. I would never think a company would treat its customers that way. I parked my car and went inside calmly. She, however kept pushing it and completely disrespected me; she even asked me for my age... which I find completely inappropriate. I told her to forgive me for honking, but I simply did not know how it worked to get inside, and that I simply asked for help. If she felt that ill about it, she could simply inform me how customers can park for the next time. Instead she threw insults at me. I asked her who the manager was, and she said it was her. I am in complete shock that a manager would talk to a customer that way. I am a young woman of legal age, and do not deserve that type of treatment. I left the establishment, and decided not to do business with a company that has no respect for its customers.

The only thing this place has going for it is the price, it is cheaper than most of the other storage places in town but with that, you get what you pay for. Inside of my unit leaked all the time, when I asked them to fix it they said they would. but never did, and the managers acted like they had sticks up their butts. One manager in particular but I wont call any names. I paid to be there and expected a certain level of professionalism that I didnt receive. I ended up taking my things out and putting them in a more well keeped storage facility. Remember you get what you pay for.

DO NOT patronize this business!! The onsite tag team management is extremely rude and disrespectful. One Manager (Female) consistently refers to black youth as being "Thugs". Their demeanor seems to be erratic. One minute theyre all nice and smiles the next they are cursing at people and yelling, literally yelling, stereotypical and seemingly prejudice comments at guests. This is a very unacceptable way of running a business and I would advise anyone thinking of doing business here to run the other way, especially if you are black.

It was horrible man that lady Ms. Debra need to get a life. SHE is rude and disrespectful Wont let you get your point across and she think shes always right. She stereotyped me she said I looked high. which I was not. Her husband is also disrespectful he was cursing at me and a friend of mine for no reason he said all you thugs wanna do is smoke and do music like come on man how do you tell somebody that patronizes your business something like that. I hope to never have to experience the disrespect I experienced at this place.

Isn;t it funny that a reputable business gets negative reveiws for simply doing there job.Two of my daughters in the last two years have rented at Storage Zone at West Pensacola location,and we have always had an excellant experince with the managers.I know for a fact that this facility is safe and secure and many of my friends children that go to FSU also use this storage facility.I highly recommebd thie storage facility and the managers.

By far the worst storage facility in town, if you want to be cursed at, disrespected and belittled then this is the place for you. Debra the property manager has the worse attitude I have ever encountered in a place of business. She is rude and obnoxious. Worst customer service ever!!!! I would give this place negative stars if I could. Save yourself a lot of headache and store your belongings somewhere else.
