I have to give props to Cara Gunter, the manager of this facility. It was my first time renting a storage unit, and even though I found other options that offered lower cost or extras (free use of a truck), I chose to go with Extra Space Storage. Cara, as I soon found out, is a great manager. Shes personable, alert and really keeps an eye on her facility. I found everything to be clean and accessible and the billing was exactly as agreed. On move-out day, she saw that I needed to keep a gate open, and was there with her keys before I had even thought to go to the office to ask. She even brought cold water to the gang that was unloading my unit! I cant say that I could have asked for anything more from my experience, and have no reservation recommending it to others. That is, as long as Cara is there!

Starting off my day the circumstances werent in my favor. However, when I came to this location a young lady by the name of Rose was assisting other customers and was very attentive and informative to them. Rose was a breath of fresh air, she was very knowledgeable in regards to your facility and was able to also assist me with my needs, as well as providing me with some needed influential words of encouragement. I think this young is a great asset to your company as you dont come in contact with people on a regular basis to provide customer service to that extent. I truly hope she goes far within your company! Thank you Rose!

Today i stopped by Extra Space Storage. I was curious about pricing because i want to store some old files, Rose was very warm and welcoming she showed me a 5x5 unit and made small talk during the whole interaction, she was very professional but most of all attentive and not pushy. She suggested that i reseve the unit and the price would be good for two week however im just not ready yet. I will be back to this location to do business with Rose, what an impact she made with her costomer service.

Cara is the best!! I had never made arrangements for storage before and didnt know where to begin. Cara spent time with me, gave examples if different storage needs and options, toured me through units, and was extremely patient and kind! She couldnt have been more helpful!! And, we were very impressed with the nice, clean facilities. Thank you for making me feel confident that my stores items will be safe and well cared for! I look forward to a long relationship!

How do you write a review for a "storage facility?" As a rule, you dont! Well, not usually:) However, there are always exceptions to a rule. Extra Space Storage on Arnold Mill Road in Roswell, GA. is anything but usual! The facility is clean, conveniently located and professionally staffed. Rose is the first person in the Extra Space office with a calming demeanor that I have been able to have a great mutual working relationship with. When my back office got flooded she helped me get that resolved and is always very pleasant to work with. The mutual customers that we share all agree that she is a delight.

Cara is an extraordinary manager. She truly cares about customers needs and provided me with excellent customer service. I have been at this location for 6 months and it has been a very good experience. The facility is kept very clean and Cara is on top of all that is going on there so I feel that my storage unit it safe. I highly recommend this storage location because of the excellent management.

This is a great facility and Cara is a fantastic manager. Ive been renting here for about 6 months and the facility is always very clean and Cara is very friendly and professional. Ive been so happy with this storage facility that I have rented a second unit now that my business is growing and I need some more space! Not impressed with management at this facility. Not willing to work with us on what we needed, then their "system" wasnt working properly and they charged me extra for something I did not ask for or require. Wrong codes written down for me to access facility. Management unable to assist onsite employee. Unfortunately I need the storage unit - or I would not have given any money to this place!

The management and staff (Rose) at Extra Space Storage Alpharetta are extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. She personally will take matters in her own hands if issues arise and will not stop until it is resolved. The facility is clean and well-lit. I highly recommend this Storage facilty to anyone in the Alpharetta/Roswell area. You wont be disappointed!

Not sure how anyone can love a storage facility, but its easy to do at the Crabapple Extra Space Storage with people like Cara taking care of business. When a business and the people behind its operation show they care and go out of their way to help, it makes all the difference. Were parked and planning to stay parked for sometime to come…that is except for camping trips of course!

Rose was very helpful in answering all my questions about picture boxes and even took the time to measure them although it was close to closing time. This type of customer service is rare. I have never rented a storage unit before and this experience was very simple and straight to the point. This location seemed to have the best price for me compared to other companies in the area. Teesha, from the Sandy Springs location, was working at this location for the day and she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in answering my questions.

I am a long time customer and I just met the new manager. I like her already. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable. But dont let her beautiful face fool you. She addressed a man dumping by the garbage and when she finished, he was picking up items and placing them back in his vehicle. Thanks for caring about the grounds. People dont care enough!
