I went to the facility and met Joanne and Yvonne whom I had first spoken with on the phone. I was looking at several different locations, but this pair was so helpful and personable I decided to rent from them rather than look anywhere else. They showed me a great indoor space and were helpful suggesting supplies I might need which I had not considered; like a special pak to protect my 55" flat screen TV. They helped me load the supplies into my car and in general made this rental painless. I highly recommend this facility and these two ladies to anyone looking for storage from people who genuinely care about their customers.

The staff at this location is wonderful. If it is possible they can make it happen. I was impressed from the moment I started renting a storage unit from Public Storage. The staff was very patient helping me pick the unit that would fit my needs at an very affordable rate. They asked the right questions to know that my belongings were special to me and helped me to best take care of them. The entrance is a bit tricky to see, but once I found it I had no further problems. The staff is great. The units were clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Yvonne was just what I needed. After a long week of making moving decisions it was a relief to meet someone competent, professional and willing to take ownership for the details of my storage needs. This is the 3rd PS unit in Atlanta and far exceeds the other experiences. Yvonne was knowledgeable and resourceful in helping me decide on what was best for my situation. The facility was clean and she had me in/out in no time. Excellent customer experience. Although this is a short-term need, I will definitely return to this location next time!

Great first time experience with public storage. The customer service was superb. Yvonne explained my choices for storage sizes and showed me several different units to select from. She was very patient with my many thousand questions and answer them with confidence. My biggest concern was that my property would be safe from weather damage and vandalism she assured me that all of the units were not only climate controlled but were monitored as well. I will definitely be coming back here when I move in a few weeks!!!

Entire process of reserving unit on-line to completing paperwork at the office went very smoothly. Ebony, the manager, was very professional and well organized. She called me right after I submitted the request through the website to set up an appointment. The day before the appointment I got a call from her to confirm the time and location. Picking out a unit and completing the transaction took less than 30 minutes. Good experience overall.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this location. Yvonne and the rest of the staff are terrific. The units are well maintained, and when I was moving out, they even helped me by finding someone to haul off a fridge. Now thats what I call service. If you need storage, even if you have to go an extra mile or two, I HIGHLY recommend this location.
