I was sent to this location after having multiple issues with our reservation and being given a trailer that was not safe to be towed. When we came to pick up the replacement the General Manager was aware of our situation and displayed no sense of urgency. She said that she needed some information so my wife stayed in the office so were could start getting the replacement trailer connected. Instead of getting the information from my wife she returned to her conversation. My wife had to interrupt her to ask what did she need only to be told that she didnt need anything. The staff here does not seem to know how to connect trailers. The safety chains were not properly connected. The chains were run through the connector on my hitch and back to one of the chains rather than connecting them back to themselves. Everything seemed very unorganized. We asked while at the location where to return the trailer to and we were told to return it to them. Customer service had told us that when we return the trailer we needed to speak to a manager to get things sorted out. The general managers way of taking care of us was to tell us was to tell us we could either pay an additional $180 or re-hitch the trailer and return is 30+ minutes away. She was extremely rude and did not seem to care that our vacation had been delayed causing us to cancel plans with family, miss the check-in time for hotel, the additional driving that we had to do, or the fact that the first trailer could have failed and caused us to get injured or total our vehicles. If you need to rent anything u-haul go to the location on Cobb Pkwy south of the big chicken in Marietta. We have rented from them several times and the have always been respectful and happy to help in anyway possible.

This store doesnt even deserve one star. Danielle and her workers are so far off from the same page that they are scamming people out of money and committing fraud. REVIEW ~~~~ Absolute worst customer service of my entire life. The uhaul was in bad condition, dents and scrapes everywhere, to include a cracked windshield. Then there was a $75 hold put on my card and I was told that I would have to wait 5 days to get that back. But in the mean time they charged my card for an additional $62 dollar charge. When we turned in the uhaul (early might I add) we were given attitude and the associate proceeded to start screaming at us in the show room. I was trying to understand why I was being almost triple charged before I accepted the amount going on my card and she proceeded to reach around the counter and hit "accept" on the card reader WITHOUT my consent. She accepted payment on my card without my go ahead. I was able to contact my bank and get the refund quicker since she committed fraud on my card but this was honestly the worst experience Ive ever had and I will NEVER use Uhaul ever again.

I had a great experience with this U-Haul location! The GM Danielle McFarland was truly excellent to work with throughout my moving process, which I thought would involve 1 or 2 days of renting a truck but ended up being about 5 or 6 days total as I had to piecemeal my move due to work travel and other conflicts. Danielle went above and beyond in providing great customer service and she was very personable, professional and also provided some great moving tips. In fact, the entire staff at this location was great to work with as well - all of my interactions with them were very positive. I highly recommend Danielle and her staff at this U-Haul location!!

The door opening for the 15 was listed as 65" tall on the website. The actual door was around 63", so the items I needed to move did not fit. When I came back to the store, they moved me to a larger truck, but asked me to pay the mileage on the first truck, which was worthless to me as it only cost me time and effort to find out the truck wasnt accurately described online. When returning, the employee was, to my eye, very stingy in his reading of the tank. He tried to charge me $11, when $2 in gas got the tank to his satisfaction.
