I put my stuff in storage 3 years ago. Everything from furniture, clothes, family pictures, etc... Literally everything except the clothes I needed to get through school. My original experience was very pleasant. Scott was very nice and accommodating. He was always my go to person when I made payments. Once my card was stolen and I got a new one. My auto draft bounced back and Scott was very friendly when reaching out to me about my late payment. Fast forward to early this summer. Im home from school looking for a permanent home back here in Georgia. I go to my unit to grab a few things and find the entire right half of my unit had been destroyed by a rain leak in the roof. Scott was very apologetic and showed me how to file a claim with the insurance company. He also said it would be no problem to leave the damaged items in my unit once I was ready to move everything out. So I got all of my stuff out of the unit in July and called the office to cancel. It is now under new management with a new name and new staff. A very rude office girl keeps calling about my late payment even after Ive told her that I cancelled and moved my stuff out before the end of July. She demanded that I come back and remove my damaged furniture stating that they would continue to charge me until I do. When I explain that I was given permission to leave my items she goes on to tell me that Scott was fired and anything he told me no longer applies. I can understand the rain damage. I was so upset at first but Scott handled it so well. The costumer service at this place has gone down hill with the new management. They got fresh pain on the outside but not much else is better imo.

The one star is because that is the only way I could write my review.. This place is a rip off; dont even waste your precious money here. There are a few other storage places in the area, that have lower rates, and are actually worth the money. This place is overpriced, the lot is extremely small, and broke down, and their little extra fees for every little thing are so petty. We have put in our notice, and vacated the premises. Do not waste your money here, its not worth it. When it was Woodstock storage, it may have been a little better than this new company that took over, but they are both lousy; still the same place, different name. The gate entry pad, where you key in your code to get in, was so dysfunctional. Every time I went to the storage, I had to keep a pen on hand, to push the buttons, because they barely worked. When we moved our items out of the storage, bugs came out of nowhere running around, and apparently some leaking occurred, because some of my items had so much mold on it, it had to be thrown away. We are glad to have left this storage, and have gone to a better storage that allows your due date to be the same day each month, from when you sign up, which it was like that when it was still Woodstock storage, and the new company wasnt even courteous enough to allow existing customers to keep their same due date. The new storage that were going to has a spacious lot with nice scenery. Also, the price is $35 cheaper for the same size storage unit at our new storage facility.

I have been a tenant at this location for over 5 years and since the property manager Christina started working here, everything has become so much better! Every time I had a problem like a leaking roof, Christina took care of it immediately! She always exudes confidence and professionalism! She has always gone above and beyond to take care of the property and the tenants! It is very rare to meet someone with so much passion for not only her job, but also her tenants! She has always done exactly what she said she would do anytime a problem arose. I own my own business and I keep my products at this location. If I were ready to hire a secretary, she would definitely be my first choice. I believe your company is extremely lucky to have such a caring and great employee!! Tom Beasley

7/29/17: There is a serious MOLD issue, they knew about it and never told me. I moved in my unit the last week of June. Today is July 29th and most of my stuff is ruined and covered in MOLD. As we moved out this morning we took pictures of the mold with the onsite manager. She said we were the first issue they had.... HMMMM about 30 minutes later the people with unit across the hall showed up to move their stuff. Said most of the stuff they had was ruined by the mold and that they had already filed a complaint weeks ago. When I left, I stopped by to let them know I thought it was very dishonest to lie about mold issues knowingly and that most of our priceless family keepsakes are ruined forever. She laughed with smirk as I left and told me to have a nice day.

Service from staff has been very good- **Karen, Brianna, others** The facility storage itself is being repainted. It seems as thought property may be in process upgrade. The area usually tidy, clean. The staff may be superior to the facility- ** Very helpful staff- Karen, Brianna**.. others. The only issue that I noted during my stay was security- which is a "kinda biggie"specifically the back-side exit gate. On several occasions I noted the gate **wide open** ( memory seems to recall wknds) . A couple of times, I called the office/ 800 # to share that the back gate was open, knocked off track. I would give 41/2 stars , but will allow 5 verses 4 b/c of helpful customer service. JTD

The outdoor/drive up spaces are just as good as any other in the area that Ive had experience with! Christina and Zach were extremely helpful and courteous through the entire process of moving in and out; the two of them seem to work very well as a team and helped make my terrible situation a little better by lightening the mood in the office. Next time I need storage, however hopeful I am that it wont be necessary, Ill be coming back!

I made my reservation online and was contacted immediately. When I went there to look at the unit, I ended up getting a bigger one and wasnt even mad about it. Zach was super nice. He listened to me go on and on about everything and was still smiling when I left. My unit is in the back and I like the lights are ALWAYS on at night and I dont have to feel like I am in danger. No complaints from me:)

I highly recommend this facility to anyone. It is very clean and well-maintained. Christina, the manager, was very helpful and friendly. She had several storage options available, and she took the time to help me find the right one. I am also very impressed with the cleanliness of the property! I am very happy to have found this location.

Christina made our experience AMAZING! My husband and I were relocating from California and were nervous about doing business from across the country. However, Christina was a pleasure to interact with over the phone and in person. She was so helpful and accommodating. She really made a stressful time for us, a very positive experience.
