I had an excellent move in with the Public Storage on Bolton Rd. The manager Devanair is friendly, confident and a great multi-tasker. When I arrived, she had 3 customers and phones were ringing. Devanair made each one of use feel that we were important and worked efficiently to limit our wait time. It was great to have someone who was very knowledgeable about unit size and can guide you through the process. Customer Service is very important to me and I do business with people I like. For this reason, this storage unit is on my "Do Business With" list.

I could not have found a better place to store my fathers items after the family had to move him to a nursing home. The ease of finding the right unit, signing up for the unit, the punctuality with the invoices, the accuracy of everything, was all superb. But even more than that, was how wonderful the staff was who came to our assistance and with a lot of consideration and in a friendly and courteous manner. I especially want to thank Robin for all her help. You all were so fantastic! Keep up the good work!

Robin, the onsite manager(?), is wonderful! She goes out of her way to make sure your needs are met. However, the low price really isnt low because they require you to purchase insurance which tacks another $11+ on your monthly rate. Also, though its not the storage facilitys fault, the stench from the nearby treatment plant is overwhelming and makes it very unpleasant when you need to visit your storage room. Its so bad that you have to hurry and get back in the car.

I was helping a friend look for a storage facility... I only called to ask a few questions but the lady on the phone was so nice and helpful!! My friend went up there to look at the facility and she met the lady I spoke with on the phone and she was still very pleasant and helpful! (Debonair or something close to it, she was the property manager i think)) I am not looking to rent a storage unit but if I was I would rent from there!!

I came after hours to acces my unit and there was a blue lock on my unit...miss sylvia came downstairs checked my id and my account and she took the lock off...it was an emergency and it felt really good that someone lije that is in charge of my storage unit.. She was courteous and very nice to come help me...5 stars for miss sylvia...she is amazing...great personality and very friendly

Ive had such a great experience renting a storage at this location. The Property Manager Devanair is awesome, friendly and always pleasant everytime I come to the property. I had never rented a storage before and she made me feel so comfortable and more knowledgeable of how the process works. Im still a customer here but if I ever need a storage again this is where Ill be.

I stored at this location for 5 years. It went flawlessly, without a hitch. The staff there at the location were always, unfailingly helpful. Not least Melissa, who was as pleasant and helpful when I moved out the other day as she and the others have been in every other encounter I had with them. Very nice and very professional. I just rent a room at this Public Storage location. I made a reservation online for the same day, and five minutes later I got a call from the manager Ms. Devanair. We schedule a time for my visit and the rest of the process was very quick and fluid.
