Ive rented from this place for 2 years now..They originally had the same managers. Theyve since changed managementt twice within 4months. My experience with Management havnt been so Great. The first new Manager didnt have authority to solve problems when they arose. Her Replacement Manager tried to make everything better by correcting the previous issues. However would often give misleading information such as offering a Free month for previous issues with Old Management then later tell me that a free month was a credit that didnt even cover and entire month and tried to over talk me when questioned about it. When I asked her about the conversation in which she initiated, she then tells me she gave me a Free Month which equalled to 10 days because I was already scheduled to move out. I then took my time with moving out becase I thoght I had an entire month to move. WE ALL KNOW THAT 10 DAYS DONT EQUAL 1 MONTH. Well if it wasnt a complete month and I was still gonna have a balance why wasnt I informed until I went to began my move-out. I dont know about you lady but Ive never seen a month with less the 28 days so how can you tell me youre giving me a FREE MONTH when the 62.00 credit didnt add up to the 140.00 per month that Ive paid for the past 2yrs.. Never had issues with Original Management, which they both left 4 months ago. This Company has switched Managers 3 times in 4 Months so what does that tell you about the company. Clearly they dont treat their employees right or they would not have such a High Turnover of Managers. What they dont realize is that We the CUSTOMERS PAY THEIR SALARIES..Without us they will have NO JOB. Ive been locked out of my unit on several occassions. The door or security box in which you have to put in your personal code for entrance was broke not recognizing people upon entrance. Which led me to having to FED Ex my daughters belongings to her college because she couldnt gain entrance. They wouldnt reimburse me anything for my inconvenience. They advertise Refer-A-Friend and receive a Free Months rent. Ive referred 2 people in the past and didnt have issues. But you guys offer me a Portion of my monthly payment in leiu of giving me the FREE MONTH. I wouldnt have a problem but I was never told there would be a balance. Ive referred several people in the past. Never had issues receiving monthly credits until the last 2 Managers.The first Replacement Manager always referred everything to Corporate and then she was relieved of her duties and the New manager just say whatever to keep the peace, but at your expense. I have NO PROBLEM paying whats due. But dont tell me over the phone you convinced you District Manager to give me a FREE MONTH (30days) and when I try to enter my unit you have a Padlock on it because of a balance that I was never informed about. SHAME on you Iron Horse Storage for False Advertisement. A month is a 30days not 10days. I will NEVER RENT or REFER ANYBODY to this UNSCRUPOLOUS Business Again. Very Disappointed Customer.

I have been renting for almost 6 mths now. The new "general mgr" is disrespectful, rude and a complete lunatic, who has no idea how to run a business. Im not sure how earned that title, but it should be taken away. She has a serious power trip. I fell behind last month, so I called to obtain my payment w/ late fees. The young lady that helped me on Oct 31st was nice and told me what it was. I agreed and advised I would be in the next day to pay. She stated it was ok. The following day I wasnt able to go in, but I called and spoke w/ Kelly, the general manager. I advised Id like to make my past due payment and proceeded to give her my CC info over the phone. She accepts it, doesnt confirm the amount and before I get off the phone I ask to confirm the payment amt, which should have been my past due plus fees. She tells me no, its last months, plus fees and this month. Now, Im not sure that SHE knows how contracts are written, BUT when you have until the 5th before you accrue a LATE FEE, I have the OPTION to pay on, before OR after that date. The ONLY thing I HAVE to pay are my previous month, late fees associated with THAT MONTH! When I ask her to pls reverse the payment and only charge me for last mth and fees, she proceeds to YELL at me on the phone, stating she cant take a partial payment. She then yells at me again, because Im explaining to her that Im not making a partial payment, but paying what I owe. I will pay this month next week and accrue a late fee. I tell her to stop yelling at me and listen to reason and that she shouldnt speak to her customers in that manner. She proceeds to tell me she has a "ton of paperwork on her desk and doesnt have time" Like thats my problem?? I then tell her the same, but that I dont treat my customers like that, she then HANGS UP ON ME! Needless to say, I left work early and showed up at the unit to ask for the refund of monies I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. She gets belligerent, yells at me, gets in my face forcing me to stand up for myself and get in hers. I called the cops and had them there. She did the same to them! The officer had to yell at her twice and threaten her w/ arrest for speaking cuss words! Shes crazy! She eventually reversed the whole payment, told me she was pressing charges against me! and that I had ten days to move out! BUT she wants me to pay in full...meaning what I owed plus this month! Like Im going to just GIVE AWAY $178!!! No way! She refused to give me her managers name! I cant find corporates number anywhere! Im not paying her for a full month when Im getting my stuff out!!! I would give HER a rate of ZERO if I could!

Poor Customer Service....I am looking for a storage, and I was amazed by the appearance of the storage. It look very nice. So I called to make a reservation for a storage unit, at that time I did not have my credit card with me in order to secure the unit. So I called back the following day, and the lady that answer the phone was rather rude. "we are close" I asked what time is the hours of operation her reply was " what in we are close dont you understand" I was astonished for such behavior. Their lose my gain. I called 4pm. busines hours 10-6pm. My suggestion to the owner and the workers, improve on your customer service. You have just lost a prospective customer that was about to rent the storage unit for 2yrs. This place is for people who dont care about customer service. Sorry I loved to be taken care of where I invest my money. I would prefer to give away my 3 queen size beds plus other furniture to Goodwill for free than spending my money here with such customer service.

This facility truly is one of the best facilities around Atlanta. It is brand new, 100% climate controlled, and has FREE MOVE IN TRUCKS! Did I forget to mention, its 50% off, the FIRST THREE MONTHS! Yes, no joke, if you need to move in, they have two trucks available, FOR FREE! Lynne is the property manager and she is as inviting as can be. Shell offer you refreshments while she gives you a tour of the building and will make sure you get the unit you need! This is by far the most convenient and most accommodating facility Ive ever stored in.
