Our storage unit was broken into along with a number of other units last night. For those units whose lock was broken, Public Storage has decided to replace the lock. For those whose units had their door pried open (therefore they cannot repair it or secure the unit), Public Storage has informed us that the property manager will have someone come and replace it as soon as possible but it wont be today or tonight. In addition, they will not move any of our belongings to other storage units so that they would be secure overnight. The clerk at the desk, Selena, had no empathy for what took place and said that we could call the district manager, Pat Vanderpool. She would not even give out the Property Managers name. Think Pat has called any of us back yet? no. We called the headquarters and they were very sympathetic - the first people to apologize yet in this mess. They said they had an alternate number to contact the district manager at and would let him know the situation is urgent. Dont rent from here - they have no contingency plan for when anything goes wrong. You need an access code to get in to the property so whoever broke in either works there or is renting another unit.

Nikki was very rude. Not just on our phone conversation but in person as well. Its a shame that you have some very rude people who overshadow the hard-working polite people that go out of their way to be accommodating. Like Jo who checked me in after my unfortunate phone conversation with Nikki. I went ahead and rented at this location because Jo was so nice and accommodating. My advice is if you dont want to deal with people you should get another job being polite and respectable is the best way to do business especially when people are polite and respectful to you. I would also suggest not parking in the handicap that way your handicap clients can use those spaces. Due to Nikkis behavior I would never rent at this location again.

I cannot say enough about Chante who works for this particular Public Storage. I rarely see customer service as great as she provides. She called me multiple times about our upcoming reservation and even got us a bigger unit as we were going to need to house all of our belongings from a cross country move. She was kind and efficient. I am only sad that we didnt get to meet face to face as we cancelled our reservation before our stuff arrived because we found a house and no longer needed the unit.

The property manager - Shante - was clear in the expectations and operations of the facility. Cost is very reasonable for the size of the units. Quick to reserve a unit, and I recommend enabling auto-pay. Very clean facility, climate controlled, and easy access to Dallas highway. Had a moving company put my stuff into storage. Was a little more complicated due to having to input the key code on 2 doors (upstairs is 1 door access), but this wasnt a huge hindrance.

The facility itself is acceptable, however read the fine print. Every 6 months they can go up on your rent, and for me - they have. Their reasoning is that the "street value" (how much they could rent my unit for today) is still higher than what they have raised the rent to. Mine has gone up twice significantly. In essence they are trying to force out someone with a lesser rent, so they can turn around and rent it out at the "street value" higher rent!

Visited this location and I was impressed. Parking lot was a little small and I noticed the digital sign seemed messed up but, the facility was really clean and well kept. I spoke with Richard; he really knew his stuff. He was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me a unit and continued to talk to me, which made me feel very welcomed. When I am ready to rent, I will definitely be back to this location.

Very pleased with the service and facility at Public Storage on Dallas Hwy. Yvonne was so helpful to me and my family. I came in with 3 children (which could be a nightmare!) but she made it easy and she took care of us like family. Got us set up very quickly. I really like that several floors of the building have ground access. No waiting for elevators when you move in and out. Great job Public Storage!

I have been with Public Storage for almost 3 years and just want to let you know the service has been excellent. I especially want to compliment Shante for her wonderful service during a difficult time. She has always gone out her way to help me when I need that extra help. Also Yvonne and the manager have been very pleasant to work with also. Good jobs guys!

We stopped in to inquire about a certain size on a Saturday. Shante had informed us that she did not have that size available but would call us if something came open. To our surprise she called us the next day. We were able to rent the size we needed and she made the whole process very seamless. Great experience. We highly recommend this facility.

It was the day we expected Irma to blow thru and I was running late. Wanda was so sweet and accommodating and waited for me to get there. She was helpful and answered all my questions no matter how many I asked with a smile. Im so glad you have someone like her on staff. Its hard to find someone with excellent customer service skills these days.

This was my first experience with Public Storage and I have to say that it was a great one. I was assisted by Erica and she was extremely helpful. She had a nice smile and vey well-versed in policy and procedure. I liked how the store was set up and it made purchasing additional items very easy. Thank you Public Storage!!!!

The sales rep (Yannieka) provided great customer service. She explained what options were available to fit my storage needs. She also took me on a tour to show me my units location and how to access it. All my questions were answered, and the entire transaction took a short amount of time.
