This place raised the rent on my storage unit without even given notice and held my items hostage until I paid the additional amount. They would email and/or quote a price over the phone but once you go to pay its another amount. They are supposedly have a new manager that says the prior people there were not doing what they were supposed to do but hes unwilling to correct the mistakes that was made and that if I do not agree to pay the additional price hes going to auction off my items. This place exhorts additional money from their customers to cover their employees misdoings and should be shut down. I only gave them a 1 because I could not give a zero. I also rented a U-Haul from them and returned it in less than 24 hours but they charged for more, they even added additional mileage, which i had to call and get corrected.

This place should never be a uhaul rental place. I reserved a 4x8 trailer. Got a confirmation email from there the night before saying the trailer would be available 12 noon. Wife called 9:30am and asked if we could pick it up around 4pm, told ok. They called at 3pm and said they had no trailers and had none coming in. I was left scrambling to find a trailer. I can only imagine what they do to people renting storage units from them. I WILL NEVER use this company for anything; storage,packing supplies or renting trucks or trailers.

Wish that I could give this place ZERO stars. They are very unprofessional and very rude. Bill - Is the manger and is very rude and non accommodating. They tell you one thing and do the other. The UHAUL that I rented from them was not in proper condition to be on the road ways. This facility is very "out of whack" and needs to be reevaluated by their corporate location.

The Manager was very nice and very helpful. The storage unit was very clean. I had looked at some other storage places and they werent very clean and sure werent as helpful and nice as the manager here is. If I know anyone who is looking for nice clean storage place I would definitely recommend this place.

The guy that just took over this property are really looking and trying to take care of this property were good people we just said she renewed our lease for a second year move to a bigger spot I give him five star

This place is the worst.Its broke down and I regret so bad that I ever went there.This place needs to shut down and they need to build something over it.The owner was the worst with his business tactics.
