Location is good if you want to park a lake toy or two, its only about 10-15 minutes from the Lake Alatoona Blockhouse boat ramp or campsites and day use areas on main street Acworth. Prices are ok ( at present $50/mo for a 30 foot space, $100/mo for a covered spot for boats RVs, not sure what small enclosed spaces coat) but spaces are very small and cramped, and sometimes difficult to get to. This is a large storage facility but getting bigger boats or campers parked properly can be quite frustrating. We park our boat here due to proximity to Alatoona.
