Generally when you come to these facilities youre in a state of disarray because for some reason your stuff is being relocated. Well when I stepped into this facility I met the friendly faces of Amy and Paul and was immediately calmed. I was in need of boxes and they assisted with that task and Paul even loaded them in my suv for me. The building is clean, safe and secure and moderately priced. I would recommend this location for your stuff.

I am in love with the service that I received today! Amy is wonderful and has a great sense of humor. I appreciated her making sure i was well aware of all units that were available and assisting me with my choice. I also appreciate her matching the price online, as promised, when it did not show correctly in her system. Hands down Great customer service and I am glad that I picked somewhere like this to store my things!

Paul is a great manager with a wonderful personality. He treated me well at inception and went I moved-out. Facility is nice and spacious in the parking area at the rear. They could use more sensors along the corridors because the lights go out quickly because it does not detect motion if your unit is near the center. I had to walk down to the end of the hallway every 10 minutes or so to trigger the lights.

My only key to my storage unit disappeared. But Paul came to my rescue! He ground the old lock off in less than a minute and saved the day! Plus, he said it was considered a service to his customers and charged me nothing. His commitment to outstanding customer service is commendable. He is kind every time he sees me! Paul at smart stop self storage was just excellent to us. He helped us get the size storage that we needed in a short amount of time and helped us the whole way through. If you need a self storage place, you cannot go wrong giving your business smart stop. Also, their pricing structure is one of the best around.
