Me and my husband called around to a few places and the rates were outrageous. We drive past Compass Self Storage every day so my husband mentioned the name, and then called. Brandon spoke to my husband took his information and within the hour we came in, and met with Kevin. They were so professional, and they quoted us a rate that was almost $60 less than other storage providers. The kick is when we were ready to pay Kevin said "hold on let me see what specials we have"! So not only was their initial rate cheaper but we even got the storage unit at a cheaper rate for the month because of the special their running. We were even able to rent a truck making the deal sweeter. It took us five minutes to do paperwork, and they took a lot of stress off of me and my husband. Thank you all so much

I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit where they can feel comfortable and safe while entering and leaving various times of the morning or evening. The Staff are professional, friendly, effective and efficient and they will go out of their way to please you. They tend to ensure you have not only the right space but anything else that you might need. The compound is very clean and well lit. Im Blessed each time I drive through and look at the window; I get a big smile and a wave; that says, "Youre in Good Hands!" I love it.

Absolutely the BEST storage facility in Cincinnati, Oh. I called an spoke with Jerry an told him what i was needing he was very helpful. When i arrived i meet with Brandon an Jerry they was very helpful an friendly. The main thing i need in a unit is SAFETY this place is far better than anywhere else ive been. Locked gate, very well lighted an right next to a Sheriffs station. I thought when i read the reviews on this place they had to be paid. I see why they receive high ratings. I wouldnt go anywhere else. And i was not paid to write this review!

The staff was outstanding to work with and very accommodating when it came to the logistics of our move. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit. The two storage units I had were clean and the overall grounds were well maintained. Couldnt have had a better experience and this will be the first place I go if I have a need in the future.

Shoutout to BJ, who rents trucks. I was not happy originally with place for delivery. Even though it was not his fault, he went the extra mile to get me a good location and deal with UHaul. This even cost him money, but he did the right thing. I second the kudos for awesome customer service here.
