I pay a higher monthly rate than the unit is priced at. Ridiculous! *added 4/6/16* I was told that my unit has gone up $79 over the past two years because of the upkeep needed at the property. They havent done anything to the property since we got there in 2013, and its just bull. I cannot wait until we can get back to Georgia to rescue our stuff from the leaky unit were paying $197 a month for. *Update: 10/20/2016* Were now paying $219 a month for our unit, but thankfully we just paid our last month and all of our stuff will be here in Oklahoma with us in three days. Raising my rate over $100 a month for their "property maintenance" is complete bull. I do not recommend this Public Storage facility to anyone! *Update again 12/03/2016 Our unit was leaky, as previously stated. Most of our furniture has mold all over it, and needs to be replaced. So much for the property maintenance I was paying for!

I am a Regional Manager for a company that rents approximately 10 units at the Kennesaw facility. We have rented at this unit for over 12 years and I have dealt with more than 6 different managers. Since doing business here for this length of time, I have not had the type of service and cooperation from a public storage manager as I have had with the current manager, Cada (spelling). She has been very helpful from keeping me informed of upcoming units that I may need to rent to even deliveries we receive via UPS and freight companies. She is an asset to your company.

On Tuesday I required assistance because of a disabling condition in order to get an item out of storage. Kaethe not only assisted me...she did so with enthusiasm, energy, and a smile. Needless to say I was duly impressed and greatful having driven from Chattanooga after running errands earlier on the day. She was very personal, helped me get the right packaging tools and boxes for my move since I had never done it before, and she was so helpful in showing me around the property to my unit and helping me to visually organize where my stuff would go. Kaethe really helped us find James Little supplements in our storage shed. She helped us without complaining and was very concerned about James finding what he needed. She was very interactive with us and concerned that James do not hurt his back, because she knows he has a bad back. She is he best and so energetic. She is such a nice lady, very genuine.

I was a running late getting to the place before they closed today, and the lady working told me she would stay and wait for me. Once I got there, she was very informative and helpful. I didnt feel for one moment that she was trying to rush through the process even though it was after closing time.
