Every time that i come into the store, i have the most pleasant experience with Beth. She takes the time to communicate with me, she lets me know what my options are for payment and what other things that i could do. When I walk in Im usually upset about something and seeing her face at the desk just gives me an instant calm, because i know that it doesnt matter what else is going on with me my time there will be swift and relaxing. Who thought that you could say that about a storage facility. I know that my things are safe and the people there are making sure that they are by doing their routine rides around the property. Thanks for everything Beth. Keep up the GREAT WORK !!!!

I had fallen on hard times and my account became very delinquent, Melissa provided me with professional, courteous,and informative information regarding my account options. I spoke with Melissa on two separate occasions, and each time she was very pleasant and considerate. Once I presented to the office in person, I thanked Melissa personally for not conducting herself in a rude manner, but rather just the opposite. One of the most pleasant experiences that Ive had since renting my unit in 2011! Thanks so much, Melissa, for providing excellent service during a tough time. -Shelly Gray

I had a WONDERFUL experience securing & moving into my unit. Brittany Rice provided THE BEST customer service! She called me before I came in to confirm that my reservations and unit size. When I got there she was very friendly and professional and she took care of me quickly and efficiently. Good Customer service is VITAL, it can greatly influcence and empact your impression and feelings about a company and whether you would do business with them again. Brittany made it a very pleasant and painless experience! I would definitle refer others to her & Public Storage at that location.

I visited the location today and was welcomed by the associate as I entered. I am so sorry I did not get her name. However, she was very attentive to my needs. She was helpful and provided additional information to help me make a better decision on what I really needed. Another associate, I so sorry I did not get her name either. I needed a dimension for a box and she went the extra mile to give me a list of all the boxes with their dimensions. It is so nice when you get excellent customer service and the associates are friendly as well. A definite thumbs up for me!!!

After a long day of work I can across this place. It was my third public storage of the day and I was super tired. I walked into this location it had what I needed online space wise. Sheneka was a GREAT HELP!! She gave me a tour and also had the best knowledge of the place. She also called me by name as if we knew each of for decades. Her customer service skills are amazing. There wasnt a blank spot that I didnt understand. Sheneka I appreciated doing business with people who care about their jobs. Thanks Public Storage.

I am a returning customer, Melissa did a great job at upgrading me from the previous unit Id purchase before. She attempted to sell me a lock ,which I still had from a previous purchase. Love storing at this location because the customer service is always. Sheneka is always so professional and patient about answering any questions.
