Storage unit is nice and clean enough. The only problem, which is a BIG problem, is the shady woman that runs the place, Mary Ann. She wants to take every last dime from you and will try and lie and cheat her way to do so. Shes a smooth talker (think time share presentation) she tries to sneak items into your bill, so if you dont pay close attention you will be paying a lot more. Also, the $1 move in special cost me about $120, insurance is MANDATORY and she wont tell you that until youve already finished the process, just go ahead and add $10-$20 per month to whatever price she tells you. And, when you move out and cancel your unit, GET IT IN WRITING. I terminated my unit in person, and took her on her word that she had done her part. Big mistake, she did nothing until I followed up in person and got something in writing that I cancelled it. Just pay attention to what this shady dealer is trying to charge you and youll be fine. Oh, also, she made me go into the employee closet and get a broom and dustpan and sweep out the unit when I finished, it wasnt even dirty at all. Im sure this is her job and not mine, but I did it anyway because I just wanted to be out of there and not argue.

I have been a customer at Extra Space Storage for several years. The facility in Kennesaw on George Busbee Parkway is clean and well maintained. My storage unit is climate controlled and easily accessible. I have stored my familys belongings here with the utmost confidence and would recommend this facility to anyone (and often do)! Beyond the convenient and great facility, the staff here is unbeatable! Mike and Jamie are tops in customer service and could not be more helpful. It has been such a pleasure working with a company that puts customer care at the very top of the list. Thank you Mike and Jamie and Extra Space Storage for the peace of mind you provide.

The deal for a new house fell through after I sold my house and I was stuck. I had to do something with my belongings and furnishings for an indefinite period. I had a bad experience previously with self storage(PS), so I was apprehensive. The Manager at Homeland Self Storage showed me the security features and convenience of their facility. The PIN-operated doors, cameras and motion sensors helped me to feel that my property would be safe and secure until I could move into a new place. The rental agreement was month-to-month and I got 1/2 off my first 3 months rent, which really made things easier for me in a time of uncertainty!!

Considering the less than exceptional customer service in Georgia I have experienced over the past seven years I had to sit down to write a quick review. I shopped around for storage units and this location won me over on the price, the professionalism, the cleanliness, and the character of Mary Ann Ellison. She sold the unit to me by being personal and talking to me about life, not just my stuff that needed to be stored. The customer service at this location is phenomenal. I would do business with them again if the need arose. Thank you for restoring my faith in the customer service in this state!

I had a horrible experience whitn UHaul Kennesaw and they gave away my unit (that I had reserved well over a nce) the day before our move. I lucked out and reserved two units with Extra Space Storage. Chrissy Miller, the store manager, is phenomenal! Our moving truck ended up breaking down and she went WAY above and beyond her duties to make this move as easy as possible. She even arranged for movers to come and unload the truck at the storage unit since our movers were no longer available by the time the truck was towed to the storage unit. You would be making a huge mistake if you chose any other facility.

Always clean. Friendly people. I rented here before about 2-3 yrs ago. Highly recommend. Marcus was very helpful and great personality. The rental process was quick and easy. 2nd review....was already renting but downsized and the process was painless. Chrissy was great and took care of everything in less than 10 mins. Smaller unit is on same floor as the other unit so it will be easy moving.

Just an outstanding storage facility. Management keeps the place spotless, and I never have any issues. Chrissy walks the property often and always asks how Im doing. Michael and Jamie are very sweet and welcoming ! The storage unit i have is a 10X5 and it is exactly the type of thing that I need as a college student. Michael made sure that I was pleased with the unit and he also made sure that I fully understood every thing that Extra Space has to offer. I felt like part of the family !

This is my second extra storage location. I came here because the one on Cobb Pkwy managed by Minosh was no longer suitable as he is a rude horrible manager. So I came here to Extra Storage on George Bisbee where Chrissy is a wonderful manager. The building is clean and pleasant. Restrooms recently refreshed. FIVE STARS

Clean storage spaces, friendly people, little on the high side for storage methinks, but its waaaay better than a shed with a lightbulb hanging from the ceiling. Those are in the middle of nowhere, this place is close. Had some problems with making a payment, but between thats something between my corporate and theirs.

I had a wonderful experience with Chrissy at the Kennesaw location! I wasnt sure what if the unit I reserved would be large enough so Chrissy said she would unlock a larger size unit just in case we needed it, which we did! This made our move in day so much better not having to worry!

After other storage units given me the run around. I finally found Chrissy at Extra Soave Storage! My husband and I have had our unit for 4 months and the facility is ALWAYYYYS clean and the staff is friendly . This is our last month and we appreciate the excellent service provided .
