No Stars!!!!! I am an African American female. My daughter and I walked into this establishment the morning of May 22nd 2017. The lady at the desk was assisting another customer (understandable). She never acknowledged us but did look up when we walked in. She was conducting the ladies business non professional (non of my business). My complaint- a Caucasian gentleman walked in about 5 minutes after I did and the unprofessional receptionist stopped what she was doing and almost jumped out of her chair to assist this man. I am being cool and collective decided to come back when she was not so preoccupied. I walked calmly to her desk to say I would come back and she looked at me as if I had said something evil towards her, aside from NEVER acknowledging me, she continues with these two Caucasian people. I felt racially stepped on so I left and called her. I told her I had just left out of her office, she said "hold on" and did not put me on hold and took another call whereby I heard everything she was saying. She comes back to the phone with no professionalism in her voice. Again, I am telling her how I felt in the way she had treated me when I came there prior to calling. She had the audacity to scream at me when I told her how badly she made me feel. She went on to tell me about her family were slaves??? Why did she go there?? I am surprised she didnt say I have a lot of black friends??? She then proceeded to .tell me to never bring my #%^#@ back there again. I did say this is the year 2017. If I can find out who owns this place, they will get a call from me. I have never been treated with such disdain since segregation ceased well it is written on paper that it ceased :(

Worst ever experience as far as just trying to pay a bill for a storage unit. Staff had office closed.(hours clearly said open) A very high late fee. They bought out the old storage place, so apparently we must look into elsewhere. Price gouging + having people wait in sweltering heat to pay THEIR wages= not good business practices. Look elsewhere please. J.S.
