I had my belongings stored at All Star Mini Storage for almost a year and a half and I cannot give high enough reviews about the staff and the facility! I have had some horrible experiences with storage units in the past so I didnt know what to expect. I lost 80% of the contents in one unit due to heat/humidity damage (in a climate controlled unit) and rodent/insect infestation. But NONE of those things were an issue with All Star. The entire facility was always spotless. I never saw evidence of insects or rodents. The climate controlled unit was almost cold during the summer! Security is state of the art. If you ever need to store your belongings All Star Mini Storage is THE ONLY place to trust to store your belongings. A+++

The storage units are a rat hole. There is a rat infestation there. The manager offered us a unit at a higher price , and we move all our belongings with no compensation for our problems. Genie ( the manager ) refused to give us her overhead contact information and was very unprofessional. We had rats the sz of your foot eating our belongings. We moved to a totally different unit, with another company. I would never recommend anyone putting anything in that RAT HOLE.

Paid my bill on Wednesday pay for two trucks and a trailor on sunday and guess what there was a lock on my storage unit it was 1:38 pm they close at 2pm and noone was around to help so I lost nearly $100 bucks because someone isnt doing their job I need a refund and my things out of there asap they need to give me give a truck free of charge for at lease two hours

The prices are very reasonable and the storage areas are well lit and secure. The location is easily accessible from several directions. The manager is very knowledgeable and accomodating. A wide variety of options to choose from. Would highly recommend this company if you are looking for storage!!

This place is very nice. Everyone is nice. Jeanie is the sweetest person and very helpful. Property is well kept and clean. No rodents or insect problems. I absolutely recommend this Storage place!!

Prices reasonable. I dislike that the U-haul trucks are parked everywhere, taking away loading and unloading spots for customers.
