Mesha, the assistant manager, was very helpful processing my transaction to receive extra storage space. The storage facility was clean and convenient access to your storage space. The security is good. Brittanie, the manager, initiated a follow-up call to change my storage space because of an incident that would have hindered storing my furniture into the space. Im thankful that she was aware of my time sensitive event. The follow-up call showed that the company cares about the customer. It made the process smooth and easy during the transition from one place to another. Overall, the customer service was good. In addition, I observed while waiting to sign my lease agreement, that the company does regular preventative maintenance on their facility and landscaping. A big plus for me. Lastly, the call center customer service was excellent. The customer service rep was a cool dude. Usually, their boring and stick to the script. He made me a good offer that I couldnt refuse. Two thumbs up!

I had a wonderful experience on yesterday with Ms Heather. She was extremely accomodating and very professional. She went out of her way in the raim to see to it the my gate access code worked, she was very concerned and helpful. If my experience with extra space is anything close to my first encounter with Ms Heather.... I AM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT YOUR COMPANY... My experience was the most pleasant Ms. Brittanie and Meshia are the best! Im been to several storages places over the states with my travel and they were professional and very informative. They were very knowledgeable and made my over all experience pleasant and I needed that. I truly enjoyed my time here and they made my feel comfortable knowing my items will be safe and stored. I hope Extra Space management is aware of their great employers! Need more businesses to offer this type of customer service.

Meshia Harper was the best. She waited after hours for me to come being that I was coming from out of town. The customer service was superb. She was there waiting and ready. Greeted me with high energy although it was after closing. I was wowed to learn she was just the Assistant Manager. Ms. Harpers attitude, tact , and professionalism is going to take her places. While looking for a company to store my items, i came across extra space storage and this was my first time ive had to store any thing...as i entered the office i was greetes with a worm welcom and immediately i new this was the place i wanted to store my things. I had to make a quick move, plus it was the end of the school year, and I had to store things because I will be teaching at a new school next year. They have climate control that you can drive up to that is excellent for me. The ladies there were very nice and they even honored the online rate even though I reserved a smaller unit. I went to four different places and this by far the best in the area.

Brittanie was great to work with. The unit was very clean, and the rate is very reasonable. It took only a few minutes to complete the paperwork. Having moved three times in nine years, I have had to make use of storage facilities more than once. This is an affordable option for those looking for big storage space without paying the equivalent of half a months rent in an actual apartment. From what Ive seen thus far, the facility is ALWAYS kept clean and the manager is always cleaning whenever I go to my storage unit.
