I have been so impressed with the customer service here since my initial phone call. Not only was Mr. Stauth incredibly helpful and friendly, he even stayed late to get me into my unit (after my 2 hour drive from Athens). Since then I had a discount that did not apply to my account (due to my own mistake paying on the website) and it was quickly resolved (and cheerfully at that!) I am also quite pleased with the condition of the building and the grounds as well as the security. Id highly recommend Alpha Omega to anyone!
