I have been storing with American for 7 months now. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I wouldnt take my business elsewhere, even if someone paid me too. Matthew and Jackie are by far the best people I have ever had to deal with. Their customer service skills are threw the roof. Despite being late on a payment, Matthew or Jackie, have never been rude, disrespectful. They are understanding and willing to work with you and any situation you may dealing with. Even when I had to go to Florida for a few months, they made it very easy and worked with me on my payments. Most places wouldnt of cared and wouldve been quick to send my stuff to auction. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a great storage facility with awesome staff!!!

While I agree that Jacqueline is a wonderful, polite person, the people that own this storage facility are ripping people off. I have had two storage units there for almost three years. Once the new company took over the prices have gone up, up, up! I was able to secure another storage unit (10 x 10) for almost half of what I was paying for two 5 x 10 units here. The new unit is just as clean and secure. The new facility also provides carts to unload your things and put in the unit. Im moving out and not looking back!

The people that run the storage is very helpful and friendly. Matthew, took his time and answered all my questions and the area and store is very clean they make my visit very joyable and it makes you want to go and visit them. They have very good customer service, and are willing to help out in what ever your needs are. I really appreciate being one of there customers. Matthew is quite an asset to this business. I am glad we ended up here. We got 50% off and the price is cheaper than the other storage peoples normal rates. We saved a lot of money. Sandy is very friendly, she is the upper management in from out of state and was a ball of sunshine. Made our stressful day a better, we left laughing and smiling.
