This place is not secure. I was robbed while my belongings were stored here. The owners immediate response was to accuse me of stealing my own belongings. The detective agreed with me that they were likely the ones that robbed my unit, as I was not the first person robbed in this manor at this facility. The locking mechanism was removed from my unit (with the lock attached) to gain access and then replaced when then were done emptying it.... there were visible damages where it was removed. The owners also seemed to miraculously know what month my unit was robbed???? How could you possibly know this unless you either robbed it or witnessed it being robbed and didnt bother to report it? Unfortunately they are good at covering their tracks and there was not enough proof to press further charges. DO NOT store your belongings here if they are important to you. The owners of this location are horrible and dishonest people!

My unit was opened by the storage company sometime between november 2011 and february 2012. They cut my lock off and put their lock on. Today is february 9th 2012 and I had a family member access me unit and retrieve my possessions. The unit was very obviously ramsacked by someone at the company after they put their lock on it. Over 50% of the valuables were stolen from the unit. I get no return calls from the property manager and after paying two years worth of fees and lare penalties, I feel I was robbed as a consumer by a predatory company. I am currently working with the police and the district manager to try to resolve this matter, but I feel I have been violated after working hard to keep my unit paid up and my meager possessions secure. Do not rent here even with their "discounts and special rates", you will get robbed.

Mrs. Kim has made my stay with metro a very very delightful one from the day I moved in and still counting. I was and still are going through a rough patch and Mrs. Kim has been helpful, encouraging, and understanding with me and my situation. She is very customer focused, attentive, friendly, welcoming, understanding, and helpful and to me that is what you call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have also, had the pleasure of speaking with the other workers there too and I received courtesy via the phone.
