On Sept 12, I called for a price and availability for the Florence, KY storage spaces, and reached CA for information. First question... really? These units are less than 2 miles from my house. Then because my plans changed, I called to cancel a reservation to see the property on Sept 13 since the "cancel" link on my confirmation page did not work so I had to take the time and call CA again. The guy asked me why, I replied "None-ya", because it IS none-ya.. Since this happened, Ive received two Robot calls from Public storage which is annoying to say the least. When did the term "CANCEL" mean, ok go ahead and put my phone number on a machine that automatically calls my residence? So today, I had to call again and have my phone number removed from their system. Ridiculous. For that matter why on Earth do I need to talk to someone in CA? hello? Thats like putting call centers on the other side of the world.

When I realized I had to move, I called several storage facilities in the area. Most of them would hurry me off the phone and tell me to come in. Public Storage stood out to me. The price was right and their customer service was top notch. At arrival, William showed me around the place and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. I consider it to be the best choice I could have made! I have continued to store my things with this particular location and I now deal with Jill in customer service. She is very friendly and personable. Her humor can turn your day around. When I had a lady minute issue, she dealt with it efficiently and smoothly. I still stand by my recommendation!

I came into this location to rent a space due to the convenience of moving across the road to Cross Creek Apts. Thats where the good stopped. The ladys name was Jill and when I mentioned I was moving from Florida she went on a rant about how stupid I was and I needed a psych evaluation, It went past the kidding stage to feeling completely uncomfortable. Then when I asked about the $1 promo of move in, she snapped and said not there and didnt know what I was talking about. I excused myself and left. After going online I found the location on Tanners Lane and found the manager to be totally opposite and a pleasure to work with. If there were minus stars I would rate it a negative 3 stars.

Rented a space here recently. But I moved out 2 days later because I found better prices, better facilities and better treatment at Uhaul. When i moved out Jill not only kept the setup fee, she also kept my first month rent of $73. But it was still worth the move because Uhaul in Elmere, about 5 miles away, is a climate controlled facility with very good prices. I only pay $47 a month, including rental insurance of $7 per month. At Public Storage, the rental insurance is $16 per month in addition to the high storage fees. Only go to Public Storage on Industrial Rd as a last resort; their prices are among the highest in the area.

Public storage is the only storage company I have used, and will use and recommend in the future. Recently I needed to move last minute, and without a doubt, William went out of his way to make sure I had a unit that met my space, budget, and location needs within a matter of minutes!! William made my experience with PS fantastic. To know there are employees who truly want to help others, and are dedicated to a company. Definitely proves the company is well worth hour time and money. So for anyone who is in need of storage, your in good hands here! Not to mention the discounts they offer!

I was just in this afternoon to get some files from my company storage unit. I had to go into the office afterwards to get some assistance with a lock. As soon as I walked in that door, Jill made me feel right at home. I dont think Ive ever been treated like family so quickly. Another woman had come in as well while I was there and Jill just has a way to become instant friends with the people she meets. As far as the property is concerned, it appears to be very secure with locked gates that require an access code and its surrounded by a metal fence with barbed wire to prevent people from jumping in.

I needed to rent storage space to de-clutter my house as we prepare to list our house for sale. The online signup was easy and helpful. Plus, even before I finished the online signup, Holley had already called me to arrange a time for me to arrive that was convenient for me. As for storage, a good quality space is a good quality space. What sets this place apart is the professional staff. Holley walked me through step by step and politely and pleasantly answered all questions. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends in Boone County, KY.

Since the start I have hated storing my stuff here but what really took the cake was someone was breaking into storage units including ours! Jill was very rude the entire journey and the only reason we stayed was because of the rate. I would not recommend this place to someone who wants their stuff to be safe there is no cameras which makes it even easier for someone to break in I had to move to a facility with a higher rate but at least my stuff is safe and the employees really care about their customers

I just wanted to take the time to say that I stopped by your Public Storage location on Industrial Road to get some information about renting and William and Jill were awesome. They were very professional and very fun to be around. They were very knowledgeable as well as personable. I will definitely be back to rent at this location as soon as I am notified of my relocation. I would recommend this location to anyone. William and Jill are the best!

I store my camper here. When I first checked into it, the numbers were not clearly visible on the pavement. Jill came out and directed me to the proper spot and forwarded my complaint about the numbers to the front office. Upon my return from a camping trip new numbers were painted on the pavement making it much easier to determine where my spot actually was. Jill always has a smile on her face and is very helpful.

We are very pleased that we chose the Florence location to store our RV. The manager Jill was very helpful and accommodating. She made us feel we were leaving our vehicle in good hands and made sure we were thoroughly familiar with the facility and the renting process and access. I will not hesitate to recommend this storage facility due strictly to Jills excellent customer service to anyone with storage needs.

I have had my belongings in storage for s few months now Jill has been wonderful I have forgotten my code and my storage building in the beginning she was eager to help and very friendly! She is always quick to answer a question! I would recommended public storage to anyone that needs to store belongings for short or long term times.
