I purchased a new 35ft travel trailer. The camping site where I had planed to park was muddy and I needed a place to immediately store it while I was waiting for the grounds to become accessible. Melinda showed me a place to park and I said I would take it. When I arrived with my trailer it was obvious that I had underestimated the amount of space needed, and my novice parking abilities didnt help to change that. I knew I was in over my head and told Melinda that I was not able to park in the spot I was assigned. She could see that I was about to give up and offered to move a U-Haul truck parked in a different location that would make it easy to park my trailer in its place. This type of customer service is unheard of today. This business is clean, secure, and has the lowest prices in Northern Ky. I would recommend "Compass Self Storage" as a great place to accommodate any of your needs!!!

We moved from Tennessee to Kentucky and needed a storage unit to assist with the move. The Compass Self Storage staff was extremely helpful throughout the process. Moving can be a very stressful time and Compass Self Storage was accommodating in every way. We will definitely use their services again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a storage facility with a friendly staff.

My review is for Friday 11-27. I visited 3 other locations before coming to Compass. Not only were they the least expensive but the unit I received was clean and they let me use their various furniture dollies to move with. After looking at a few sizes he helped me choose the one that best fit my personal needs. Even after looking at the property I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Very Helpful, we needed a unit immediately, they took care of everything and even took the time to make sure the unit was clean and ready for use, units are economically priced for the what you are receiving in return. The office staff was professional and explained everything to us in detail. They have U Haul and packing supplies, they are a true one stop shop

Staff was phenomenal, the storage spaces were really well kept and so was the grounds. I would recommend to anyone. It was nice knowing that you were going to walk in and know that the staff was always going to be friendly. The manager Melinda was great to work with :)
