I set up an appointment online I was called right away. We set up a time for me to come in. I was greeted by Melissa S. She was very Knowledgeable and friendly. She told me pretty much everything I needed to know about the unit. The process of filling out paperwork was quick and easy. I would defiantly recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a good and affordable storage unit.

Ive had a small storage unit at the Fairfield location for a couple of years. Service is excellent. Everyone that works in the office have always been friendly and professional. I always look forward to chatting with Lisa Joy, she knows me by name and usually has my account pulled up on the computer when I walk in. I would definitely recommend this location to people.

Lisa was very kind and informative, she made sure that I understood everything on my lease and bill before I left the office. She also took me to the storage unit to make sure that is what I wanted before I signed the lease. If you want a good storage place and a wonderful storage agent then Lisa is the one.
