This is our second use of this Public Storage facility and have been happy both times. We made the reservation online but had to go to the facility to sign paperwork. Lisa greeted me at the door and walked me through all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything that was being put in front of me. She then personally took me to the storage locker to verify that it was the size ordered, that it would fit our storage needs, and that it was clean. I had a few questions that she ably answered. We then tested my lock and the entrance code and were all done. For price and cleanliness you cant beat this location. Thanks Lisa for a great visit!

Everyone we spoke to at Public Storage in Mason, OH, was friendly and very helpful: Kevin, Lisa Joy, and Darnece. We chose this place because of its cleanliness, climate-controlled units, very helpful staff, and location. Kevin introduced us to the place; Lisa Joy spoke with us on the phone, explaining how to make a reservation online; and, Darnece checked us in the day we went to get our unit. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

A few weeks ago I stopped by, asked some questions, and found that the property manager, Tiffany, knew answers to questions that people at the 800 number did not. Her property is one of the cleanest Ive ever seen as well. When we open our new office in the Cincinnati area we will be getting our storage units at her property.

Only one person ever working in the office at a time. So when they go to lunch the office is closed. If multiple customers are in the office and they need to show a unit to one everyone else has to wait outside until they get back.
