This place is not only THE BEST, but the ONLY storage facility I can recommend, based on personal experience. 10x30 Storage amazingly DRY, secure, and easy to access. I found the storage via a promotion, so rates went up a bit after the deal ended, but by that time I didnt mind paying a few extra bucks because the service is just that awesome. The original manager that set things up was a bit of a Billy Goat to deal with, but Jennifer always took care of me and kept us from locking horns, haha! "Billy" retired and Jennifer is still there. She sends courtesy emails when payment is due and calls when Im dangerously close to a late fee, none of it in a spammy way, but rather just being courteous. Im not there often, so usually she has to come out and remind me how to code through the gate, and most of the time she walks me to my unit to help me lift the door and just make sure all is well. I cant say enough positive things about this place and staff. You could eat off the floors. The grounds are attractive and safe. Its a "Service with a Smile" kinda place :-)

Moving is always a chore. I worked with Extra Space Storage for months before my actual move, Jennifer and John were always pleasant and ready to help in every way. My move got postponed several times and they would always call me to see how things were going and to find out if they could help in any way. When the move was finally here, they had everything set up for me to go to my Local storage place in California and do my paperwork so I could get everything finalized. The other storage facility was rude and impatient and I felt like I was intruding, I was pretty dissatisfied with that place and was really glad my storage was with John and Jennifer. When I got to Cincinnati, I had to have special arrangements made to get my stuff to the storage, Jennifer and John were more than willing to work out all the details and made my move in as easy as possible. Because of John and Jennifer, I would recommend Extra Space Storage for all your storage needs. They will make you feel as welcome as they did me.

Very reasonable and in a very convenient location as well. The only down fall is there isnt enough clearance for larger moving vehicles. There was a family who had a very large U-Haul truck blocking my unit entrance way and was barely able to get into it my self. As well as they were there themselves with a bunch of cars. Defiantly should have someone as a lot supervisor or something keeping a eye on things like that because it was raining and it was a little flustering trying to get my things in my storage unit as well. Jennifer was a joy to work with. Myself and my lover was already stressed about our situation and she did her best to put a smile on our faces. She was a joy to talk with and she didnt look at us any different at all. Very clean location. Very well kept.

Leslie is amazing! She was able to help me navigate a difficult transition and sort through details I didnt want to be responsible for but was. She was super chill about my toddler running around while we tried to work it all out. Extra Space Storage picked an incredible human being when they chose to employ her. I have secured my personal, as well as business supplies with this location for years. After interviewing and storing with multiple locations, I would never store anywhere else. The staff (team Billy Goat :) ) is friendly and extremely helpful and the security cannot be matched. The units and property are clean well taken care of. This is the only place I would recommend to store to my family and friends. Thanks team for making my stuff and self feel so safe!

The facility is very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. We havent had any issues with critters, bugs or weather. Just the occasional spider is about it. Only complaint I have, is that theres no dumpster anymore on site. But, best of my knowledge, is some/a tenant(s) ruined that by just continuously piling garbage around and on the already full dumpster. I havent talked to the staff about it yet, but Im sure they would help if/when I do ask about it.

Jen and Leslie have so-so customer service skills. Lol! No. My experience at Extraspace has been great! As a small business owner, I need all the help I can get and they have been so helpful and considerate to my present and future needs. They say that you get what you pay for, however in this case, a price couldnt possibly be put on the appreciation and friendship that I have formed with Jen and Leslie.

I love the service I am getting from extra space it is clean and the people there are awesome. Jennifer is funny and very professional as well. I love the idea that there is someone always available when you need them. I also like the fact that the monies come out of my acct every month so I dont have to worry about paying my bill on time. First time using Extra Storage Space, and I must say their level of security and the folks that work there are on top of their game. Extremely nice folks, easy to talk to, and the storage rent price isnt bad either. Very understandable Rules and Restrictions for the place too. Definitely would recommend this to others looking for a place to keep their extra things.

DO NOT GO HERE. They are scam artists and liars. Will quote you $40 a month for a 5x10 with an exterior door, then take you through a maze to your INSIDE ACCESS room and then tell you its $53 plus a MANDATORY insurance policy that cost $11 and up...so $40 becomes nearly $70. Youve been warned. Went to West Side storage instead...theyre straight with you.
