I was looking for a place to store my college belongings before going back home for the summer. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe area to store your things. The customer service was wonderful and I was able t o find a check in time that worked for my schedule. They wee very accommodating and Tammy knew what she was talking about. All of my questions were answered and she gave me the run-down in a reasonable amount of time. She knew what she was talking about and this was reassuring. Everything was indoors and they had large trolleys to use so you dont need to bring your own. The elevators were big enough to fit two trolleys inside so this was very convenient. Everything was very clean and well kept. All-in-all, Wonderful. I will definitely be going to them next year!

The team at this facility raises the bar to which all other storage facilities should aspire! Ive stored at a many places in the past 30 years, and I have now found the final place I will ever store! Tammys facility is simply the best! From the moment I walked through the front door, Tammy demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, and warmth like Ive never seen. She set me up with a 10x10 climate controlled unit in short order, and the entire experience was as if a well loved family member was conducting the transaction. If youre looking for a state-of-the-art, convenient, and cost-effective place to store your precious belongings, then run, dont walk to Tammy and her team at the Ridge Road location in Canton for an experience you will never regret!

I have been storing my belongings since August 2015. Very the very first day I have received excellent service from Tammy and Joanne. They are very professional and friendly. They are always eager to help with any question or concern I might express. My only issue is the light at my storage unit on the second floor has been out for awhile. (two months.) I have reported it to Tammy twice and she has told me shes waiting for someone to com out and fix it. As of February 1, 2016 the light was still out. This makes Tammy and Joanne look bad. These two women are the heart and soul of the Public Storage facility. I would give Tammy and Joanne each four stars. They are wonderful! Keep up the good work Tammy and Joanne!

I recently rented space from this location. I have used them in the past & did not hesitate to contact them again. Customer service is important to me and is definitely a plus at this location. The front office staff is extremely pleasant & helpful. The person I rented from went out of the way to find the exact space I needed for my belongings. She was friendly & outgoing, making sure I had everything I needed. She helped us during the moving process keeping the door readily accessible which helped tremendously when moving alot of large items. I cant say enough good things about the staff, theyre great! I wish all businesses had staff this friendly!

Just began the rental process of a unit at Public Storage and so far, so good! Spoke to Tammy initially over the phone and she was extremely helpful and informative. She made the process very easy and was patient with all of my questions. When I came in, I met with Jo and she was great as well! She new I was on my lunch break so she was able to get me in and out with ease. Jo was also very informative and helpful, recommending products such as mattress covers (I was wondering where to buy these), boxes, tape guns, etc.. With all the other 5 star reviews, I am looking forward to having a great experience with this particular Public Storage.

Stop searching and rent the very size unit you need at Public Storage in Canton, GA. I have had (2) units for over 7 years at this property and have never had any problems or complaint with the service or any of the staff. The price is very fair for any size unit and the facility is always very neat and clean. Tammy who manages the front desk/office area has always been so kind and easy to work with. She is always smiling, friendly and very welcoming when you arrive on the property. Call or stop by and see Tammy TODAY…you will be treated like family!!!

What can I say about Tammy? Forget that shes a Fabulous Woman! She has a great personality, shes friendly and she just goes above and beyond with customer service. You dont find that very often and in this economy customer service has pretty much left the building. I have an appreciation for your facility BECAUSE you have Tammy working for you. DO NOT store your stuff here! We had our unit on auto pay. Well, they messed up and we werent charged. We didnt realize (ok, maybe we should have, but we auto pay so we dont have to worry about that), and they charged us a $25 late fee PLUS we had to pay $20 for another lock because they cut ours off. I understand that the late fee is "policy", but the fact that it was late wasnt exactly 100% our fault now was it?!? Needless to say, we are moving our stuff to another facility ASAP. I would rent somewhere more honest.

Theresa & Tammy , were wonderful from the time i walked in the door .Very polite , And answered any question I had professionally. Never used a Public Storage before now and i must say it was a very inviting experience And I would recommend Canton Public Storage to friends and family for any and all things needing to be stored. We have been renting storage at this facility for some time now. Tammy and the rest of the team have always been professional and courteous during my visit. Very knowledgeable and on several occasions when I needed help with something they came though. The property is in excellent condition and is always very well maintained. I stopped in the other day to get pricing in an attempt to do some comparison shopping with other storage facilities in the area. Tammy, the manager, went over everything in such detail and was so nice that I decided this was where I would rent. She even talked me in to purchasing some moving boxes and they really are a lot stronger then the ones I normally pick up at the home improvement store! Thanks for all your help Tammy!

I believe I have rented my storage room from Public Storage for approximately three years now. I have always found the property clean, well cared for and secure. I make it a point to always deal with Tammy on the premises because she is knowledgeable of her job, cheerful and polite and treats the customer well. Tammy deserves 5 stars. The only fault I find with Public Storage is that my rates keep going up.

I was at the Ridge Rd Public Storage all day long going through boxes and just organizing. Joanna Turner the manager at the location was awesome!!! My phone died while I was in the middle of sorting boxes.Joanna went above and beyond to help me out by charging my phone for me so I could continue to get my task done ! Tammy Lupo and Joanna Turner absolutely rock at the Canton location!
