I accompanied a friend of mine to check out several storage facilities, to help him find one suitable. After a day of looking at questionable properties, we hit the jack pot at Public Storage. We walked in, and I was so glad. unlike so may of the other places we stopped at, the employee that greeted us was so welcoming and polite. Which was actually refreshing. All day, we had walked into offices and were looked at is if we disturbed their day. So, right away, I was put at ease, and so was he. Kara(Kira?) was so helpful and knowledgeable. She is so personable as well. she treated us as if we mattered and not just like another rental. She was also fun and friendly, she actually made us laugh and be at ease. A smiling face, is exactly what we needed!!. The prices were very acceptable and we asked to view the property. everything was so well maintained, and it gave the feeling of safety and assurance. I told him he found his place. he was relieved and so was i!! lol i will say that though at the moment, i do not need storage assistance currently, when i do in the future, i know exactly where to go, Public Storage. Who ever is in charge of the property, you are on the right track!

My experience started out pretty rocky with this facility as I made a reservation online for a climate controlled unit for rental two weeks later. Got a call the next day saying the reservation could not be held and I had to come in immediately to rent the unit. Nothing on the website to indicate this wasnt like all other reservations, ie. car rental, hotel, etc. (the website needs attention). At the office a temporary rental agent confused us with another rental and entered all incorrect info, changed the price quoted, and sold my wife a $25 lock because she had to "put one on immediately". When I returned to the office as a not happy camper, the regular manager was most apologetic and said shed contact the district manager Greg Lovelace and theyd make things right. Mr. Lovelace called me, again apologized repeatedly and had me moved to a larger unit at the original monthly price I was quoted online. He then refunded the excess charges by the first agent and all is good. Im giving this facility a 5-star rating in spite of the original issues because in my book "its the recovery that counts" and these people came through big-time. Cudos Mr. Lovelace and staff! Thx.

We were in need of storage space on a short-term basis. We first met with Kim and she was terrific. She answered all our questions but we wanted to check out what else was around the area before making a final decision. The next day, we decided this was the right location for us and talked with Kira (Kim was off that day). She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and worked with us to get what we wanted with the best deal for us. We registered on-line to get the 15% discount but when we got to the property, Kira showed us what was available and transferred our information. We were in and out in about 20 minutes -- even with unloading our first load of boxes. We would recommend this property to others -- besides the excellent service we received, the spaces were clean and ready for us to move right in.

The facility is well maintained. The staff have all been a joy to interact with and I am very impressed with the level of customer service Kira gave on our move in day. Kira is kind, personable, professional, and extremely thorough. She wants to make sure that the tenants are well taken care of and it shows in her interactions that she is truly representing the Public Storage company in an extremely positive light. During the time I was there, several other tenants came in and I witnessed how well she interacted with them and how happy they were when they left. It is employees like Kira that should be kept, praised, and promoted. Thanks for making our experience a great one!

Fantastic customer service. This was my first time renting a storage unit. I rented a 10 x 20 unit for our 3 bedroom house. We put in one load and went back to Virginia for another load. When we returned I asked Kira about renting another unit. Instead of jumping on it, she asked to see what we had and how much room we had left in the unit. After looking she advised that we should be able to get it all in but to call her if we couldnt and shell find us one. We got it all in!!!! Saved us money! Outstanding customer service from Kira. And...Joanne was awesome renting us the original unit, staying in touch by phone and waiting for us to arrive!! Thanks!

I made a reservation online one afternoon and within two minutes of completing the reservation Joanne had already called to make sure she would be available when I came in to complete the paperwork. When I went to the facility to see the unit, Joanne greeted me with a smile and was very well prepared to answer all of my questions. The facility is very well lit and has nice safety features, which would make almost any storage facility acceptable, but after talking to the staff I was sold. Joanne was very knowledgeable and very thorough in making sure I was prepared to move into my storage unit, offering her own advice and anecdotes. Highly recommended!

This was the first time I used Public Storage and i was very happy with the Woodstock experience. Kira is the primary reason that I am giving this location 5 stars!! I mean face it a storage unit is a storage unit. There is not much difference between one location to another. The most important factor in making a difference is the people. Kira was professional, sweet, friendly, smart, funny, and VERY HELPFUL!! She truly cared about me, my stuff, and my experience. She went above and beyond what I would expect from an employee of this company. I love Kira and would recommend her and this location to anyone. Rock on Kira and keep up the GREAT work.

I easily and quickly reserved a unit online without putting any money down. Joanne immediately called me to confirm my reservation. When I arrived on site, the facility was really nice and clean. Joanne was super friendly and helpful. I ended up needing a different unit than I had reserved and Joanne had absolutely no problem finding me the right size unit. She was very patient with my father and me. Even had my grumpy father laughing. She helped me get all the paperwork done and talked me into getting a mattress cover without being pushy at all. I really did have a wonderful first experience here. Im so glad that I chose this location to use.

I recently retired from the military and I am no stranger to storage company. The manager Kim is by far the best I have ever come across. At first they did not have the unit size I wanted and I was prepared to go somewhere else and Kim kept in touch with me and when one came available she contacted me. Kims professionalism and dedication to her company is one that wish I would come across more often. Public Storage should be thankful to have such a GREAT employee. I would high recommend if you need storage to use this storage facility. The property is well maintained and as I stated above you will not find a better manager than Kim.
