The courtesy and professionalism extended to us by Tiffany made this an entirely comfortable and seamless experience. Her bubbly energy, customer service skills, vast knowledge about the company and interpersonal skills actually made my significant other and I chose Extra Space Storage over U-Haul! Tiffany is a great salesman, lol, and we have been excited ever since! U-Haul had better watch out, and someone needs to give this woman a raise. Seriously. We wont be using U-Haul again any time soon. It feels good to be a loyal customer, and I am personally telling everybody I know about this company. Even the office building and storage units are beautiful. Its a really nice place to use during a move.

My name is Marcus Christian. I am a new customer with Extra Space Storage. Reserved a unit on Sunday the 28th. My first time renting a storage space so I was a bit apprehensive. When I arrived at your facility a young lady by the name of Amy greeted me and was very friendly and helpful. She gladly drove me in the hot sun to my space and was patient as I measured and deliberated. Besides the convenience to my residence, this is a very clean and secure facility. She may be comfortable in that my items will be safe to store here. Amys customer service is top notch, and I will be recommending your facility to others. A very pleasant surprise for Memorial Day. Such wonderful place! Love the new management, Alex is a great guy to work with. He will truly help you with anything if he can! I love how this place is open late to go to my storage unit since I work odd hours its very flexible with my schedule. The price we paid for our unit was pretty good and we got a deal with our first month free! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good storage unit that is in the lower price range. Dont hesitate to go up here! Ask for Alex and Im sure you will leave with a smile on your face! Thank you so much for making this a great and easy experience!

Theres not much I liked about it. I started with them in 2012 and it started off shady. When I opened the unit, they charged my card twice and gave me he%# to credit my card. Acted like they couldnt find both payments, even though I took them my statement. When I opened the account, my rent was $39 for a 5 x 5. Within a few MONTHS, the rent went up TWICE and its now @ $46. Often, the gate isnt working so its up for anyone to access the area.

I wanted to leave a review to let people know how great the service is. I had an appointment and once it was made the store manager Tiffany called to confirm my appointment. When I came in Mike was very helpful he showed me my unit addressed all my questions explained everything throughlly and took care of all my needs. This is a great place.

I had not secured my storage door properly. Amy and Tiff any had noticed it and contacted me. I think that shows how much they care about our personal property. You cant find a better service than that, these girls do theyre job well. 5 Stars property for sure!!!
