I was heading out to make a payment on my unit so I called first to make sure they were open. His outbound message on the phone said that he closes at 5:00 on Saturday. It was 4:30 when I got there and the place was closed. I called him back and left a message stating that I was there even though he had closed early and I hoped that he wouldn’t hold it against me. Odd thing is he has a sign on the door that says that he closes at 4 PM. Which of course contradicts his voice mail message. I believe his voice mail message is fraudulent and is being done specifically to get people there too late so that he can bring in extra revenue by charging late fees. He is not a man of his word, his word states 5 PM and I was there prior to that. Regardless of what is on the door, he should have stood by his word. He should have apologized and said hed remove his message and waive the late fee. Buyer beware.

Cassidy, General Manager at this location, was a great help in finding the perfect unit for my storage needs. Her followup and communication skills were five star!! I just moved into the unit yesterday without a single snag and all my household goods fit, could not have been better. I am so pleased with the service I have received. Chris Mardis was absolutely exceptional. He helped us find the unit that fit our needs and made sure we had everything we needed. Every time we return to our unit he is as nice as the day we met. Customer service is above and beyond. If I could give a zero I would! The people here do not work with you at all, especially when youre trying to retrieve your stuff from the storage units and close your account. Update, got our stuff out finally to find that they stole things from us. Pathetic, would never do business here again
