It was extraordinary. They are real customer service people. Not robots like we normally get. They understand our needs and get the job done professionally with warm, casual, and bright conversation. They storage areas are immaculate as well as the grounds. My experience was superb. It felt like coming home. Finally !!!, Real Southern Hospitality. Theyre also cheaper than most storage facilities and come with a truck if you need it. BRAVO !!!! Uncle Bob. Well Done

Was a long term tenant here and have only good things to report. The property is well maintained, safe, and secure. Everything is clean and well lit and the staff is friendly and helpful. You can also rent a box truck from here, which was a convenient plus when moving large items. I am moving soon, so have no further need of storage at this location, but even the notification process was pretty easy. I highly recommend this location- Alejandro is great!

The facility is clean and well maintained. The young lady who assisted my (Sade") was very well mannered and nice. She was also very knowledgeable. I have used self storage in years past with another company. Uncle Bobs is the best I have ever seen. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a storage unit.
