My moving experience was very hectic, and I ended up with a storage space too small twice.. the office manager was very helpful at helpful at xfering my funds over to a larger unit, and took the time to make sure my new unit was close enough to the others so that it was in walking distance.. I alway have a pleasant experience when I go or call the office. She even remembered my name which shocked me, that adds to the kindness Ive experience with them. I would definitely recommend them.

I vacated on the last day of my lease. My access code was disabled. I was able to get in as the gate was open. After collecting my belongings I asked the manager to please let me out the gate, he said I had to pay next months rent to reactivate my gate code and I said I no longer need the unit and said he was not letting me out his property. I was hold HOSTAGE for over 10 minutes.

Have only been renting from them for less than a month, but the lady who helped us set up was very friendly and useful. Code locked gate and you can use your own padlock. My unit is not temperature controlled, but easily accessible.

Very easy set up process. I did most of the work online. When I went to the office to finalize things, I was out in 15 minutes. Very very easy and friendly. Looking forward to moving my stuff into a clean, trustworthy environment!
