(It was an usually warm day for February, and I was in need of a 10x20 unit.) Me: Good Afternoon, Im in need of a storage unit. Steve: Perfect. Thats what we do here. What size would you like? Me: 10x20 would be fantastic. Steve: I have one left. Would you like to see it? Me: Thatd be great! (Steve motions to the golf cart out front) Steve: Lets hop on my sweet chariot and go take a look. Me: Shotgun! (The next five minutes, we ride smoothly amongst the units of various sizes at a safe speed, check the unit, and return to the office.) Me: Gated entry and exit. Comfortable hours of accessibility, and extremely reasonable rates. Its Perfect. Sign me up!

Great experience with Extra Space Storage in Walton, Ky. Made the reservation online and received a call from Steven the following day to come check out the unit. He was very helpful and friendly. The unit was clean and the facility was easy to access. I was pleasantly surprised with how quick the process was. Definitely would recommend!
