Yesterday we move my mother from Douglasville to Woodstock your employee he was so gracious caring, kind, and knowledgeable. He sat down with us spoke where I could understand it we were in a very rushed situation on our side so it had to be a quick transaction. He showed us our storage unit and told us everything concerning the security of Uncle Bobs Storage. HE is an excellent employee to have...you lucked out! Needless to say my moms husband of 45 years passed away so it was by far a tough day, but when she saw how well their belongings were packaged in the storage unit she felt a sigh of relief because it was clean and bright.... you could see she was very happy! We have been renting space at Life Storage in Woodstock (formally Uncle Bobs) for about 8 months now. The details arent important but what was going to be a quick, one month turn around has become a longer process than anticipated. There are several groups involved with this on our end and plans keep changing. But, throughout the whole process, Nicole Davis and her group have outstanding. Their facility is clean, well lighted and organized. And, Nicole has gone out of their way to work around our needs. Thanks very much Nicole and the Woodstock staff. We appreciate you very much!

I dont often write reviews but I felt compelled to do so regarding Uncle Bobs. Before visiting them, I went to a local U-Haul storage and was treated not so great. So I walked into UBs. These guys took me under their wing, advised me of all of my options, gave me a tour of the facility, and gave me an aggressive price. They even offered a free truck to help me move my items. This place is spotless! You could eat off the floor. I felt very safe leaving my personal belongings at UBs. Thanks for providing such a good service!

My husband and I stored items with Uncle Bobs for approximately three months. The staff is kind, courteous and is willing to assist not only us but all customers. Michael Golightly associate manager is very knowledgeable offering assistance and providing us with different options to meet our needs. The facility is clean and well maintained. There are always carts available for use. In the future if I have any storage needs I will definitely use Uncle Bobs again and will refer friends and family.

When we signed up for the parking space over a year ago, the process was smooth and easy. Recently, I no longer had a need for the space and cancelled it. I did not get anyone on the first couple of calls and did not leave a message. The next time I called, I left a message and immediately received a call back. The person who called me back was super nice and made the process quick and easy. I never had any problems as a customer of this location. Bravo!

Stopped by one day and talked to Clint who gave a tour and information for me to share with my husband . Spoke with Nicole on the phone for minor questions and came by this past Wednesday with all required paperwork and started to store gear in assigned unit. Appreciate the ease and availability of navigating the system so that I can make pspnrnts on line and have local representative check at will . Thank you so much Clint.

I went to Life Storage on Sycamore Lane in Woodstock, GA today (5/5/17). The staff on duty was extremely friendly and helpful. Nicole was the one that helped me pick out a unit, and she had me in and out in roughly 15-20 minutes (that includes looking at a couple of unit options, filling out the paperwork, and setting up my entry code). Thank you for your helpful assistance and for keeping things easy!

Very hospitable greeting from Jessica. She was expecting me due to an earlier reservation I had made. She thoroughly walked through the necessary paperwork then walked me through the facility to my storage unit explaining how security works and answering all of my questions. The business office as well as the storage facilities are very clean and tidy. I feel good about storing my belongings here.

We just rented a 10x10 storage unit on Saturday. Nicole was extremely customer focused and helpful to us. The facility is very clean, secure and provides all of the move aids (carts, etc) to assist you. We had one issue with the lock on the unit and Nicole promptly addressed the issue.

Trips - Necessary Noises

Rented a truck at this location. Was super easy to do. Just scheduled it, picked it up, dropped it off with a full tank, and went on my way! Michael was great. Super informative and polite. I would recommend this location to friends without hesitation.

Clinton is the man - helped us save a few bucks with a pro tip and gave us all the details we needed to know making it easy and pleasant to rent a unit. They also have a Uhaul that you can rent anytime for free in the first 14 days into a new unit.
