So there is good and bad about this place I must say. For starters they are a good storage place and offer good lockers and prices are reasonable and some staff are very nice and also respectable. The bad experience I had was when I got a uhaul from them to move out of my locker a 10 x 30 locker fully packed I must say. I rented a 26ft truck around 2 and they told me it had to be back at 8:30 the next morning which I thought I could have done by that time but because of a severe thunderstorm we was not able to finish in time so I couldnt return in that time and they call me over 30 times acting like I stole the truck and then try charging me extra because it was late knowing in that Business moving dont always go as planned so they harassed us and then Magen that works there was very rude and cussed me out because she wanted to charge me a extra day just because I was a little late bring back the truck and not taking anything I said In consideration. Thats part of uhaul sometimes you need it for one day or maybe two or three but they act like you dont have that right. To say the least I would never rent a uhaul from them again and as long they employ Magen that treats customers like crap and talk crazy to them I wouldnt do business with them again. Stay clear of this place when they get mad they will over charge you and cuss you out. Thanks uhaul for replacing the money they stole. Void Magen as much as possible she thinks she owes the place also. The Manger seemed like a good guy just wish he would of handle this matter before Magen did.

Literally the best experience Ive ever had in retail. John was professional, kind and worked with us to get the best truck for our moving experience. There is not a better place for you to go of you want to rent a uhaul or store your stuff. Best business in Independence. Dont go anywhere else.

Ive been renting storage space from Beechgrove for a couple years now. The rates are in line with other facilities, but the service is far and above better. Everything is well-maintained, clean, and very secure.

Decent prices. My trailer is in a secure location and the staff is nice enough to call if wind causes damage and I get an email reminder to pay my monthly bill which is great for me.
