Awful customer service, didnt uphold the reservation we had. We attempted to call them to confirm times and they didnt even have correct contact info. The guy working have our truck to someone else without even contacting us; he was sitting on his ass when we came to pick it up and didnt even bother to call us. Threw a wrench in a cross country move and didnt even bother taking responsibility for it.

Nice Budget Truck rental. Very busy area, especially on the weekends. Open around but without reservations will not be able to find a truck.
