came in on Monday December 30th to reserve a unit and the customer service sucks for my dismay I was shocked at the way the representative treated me and how she handled the other customers that were behind me and in front of me. When it was my turn to be served she told me she could not give me the price that I was called it online but she can give me the price I was quoted to her computer screen I asked so what was the point if on my phone is showing a total different price she told me if I wanted to I can rent from someone else. So I chose to leave and when I left I was made a reservation for another facility that was supposed to be scheduled for Friday January 3rd 2014. But on Thursday afternoon I received a call back from public storage from the manager miss Susie and she wanted me to come back and please rent from them I was very pleased with her service my sister was also pleased with Susie service she recommended that I come back and just see the unit I told myself that I was not going back because the lady should tell me the rent from another facility after I spoke with Susie so I came back and Im very pleased with the way Susie have taken care of the situation I really do recommend anyone who comes into view a unit or rent from Public Storage on North desert circle to see the store manager Susie she is awesome to the store manager shes awesome. If I ever needed to come back I would definitely come back to the facility.

I do not leave reviews on Google; I simply have not the time for it. However, these women did such a fantastic job at taking care of me and my neurotic self; I figured it was the least I could do. I am in the process of relocating, and have been looking for a top notch facility to store my belongings until I am able to retrieve them. Melissa and Susie went above and beyond to settle any doubts or worries I may have had. They were both very thorough, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable. For this old businessman, their exemplary customer service brought Public Storage to life. I do not feel like one of the masses, rather a valued customer. You can be assured I will be using this absolutely amazing experience in my next training seminar. I have chosen to stick with Public Storage: now, and for future endeavors. To Melissa and Susie: if you see this, I look forward to working with both again; you make an excellent team. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your company. I believe all employees should perform as you have, and continue to do. The customers, myself included, greatly appreciate your patience, experience, and kindness. You are the face of Public Storage.

This by far has been the WORST experience weve had with renting from Public Storage!!! Im not sure what agent(s) the reviewers are referring to at this particular location, but, in my opinion , the positive reviews are totally over exaggerated. First, the interior and exterior are so appalling and nasty that I cannot believe this location is still open for business.There is trash and broken glass in the front of the the building and the floors and bathrooms are sickening. Second, the air conditioning is NOT WORKING properly, so in reality we are not receiving what we are paying for, which is a CLIMATE CONTROL STORAGE. When asked why the air is not working, one agent in particular resorts to lying and giving MAJOR ATTITUDE , instead of taking the time to fix this serious issue. Third, the price for renting at this location is far more expensive than when we rented from Public Storage facilities not located in a predominately minority community. This is such a disappointing situation in that the agents and upper management (i.e. Brandon) clearly are not interested in doing what is right for the community in which they have been hired to serve in the most basic sense.

Wow, what can we say. Delta Air Lines needed a large space to store some stuff during a major renovation for a few months. We searched everywhere in the metro area and upon locating this facility, we were greeted with a warmth that is generally absent from a front desk. Ms. Slyvia and Ms. Keba went through a vigorous question and answer period because we wanted to insure our items were in the best facility. They were fantastic. And they even offered us water and just the smiles were enough to satisfy us to rent a unit. I wrote a review about this place like 4 months ago talking about how sweet and caring they were. But NOW! I think that this place is just as ratchet and ghetto as the one by churchs. You pay extra money to have your stuff protected and when they air go out and you question them about it these ratchet chicks have the nerve to catch attitudes about you caring about your stuff. I didnt get mad when they took my bill up so why you mad because Im asking questions. Im looking for a new storage unit I will not let that ratchet chick in the front office get under my skin.

Having just dealt with a moving/storage place based in New York it was great to have an experience where there were no "hidden" fees or "hidden" promises. The staff is courteous and answered all my questions and gave me assurance that everything quoted would be just what I would receive. I havent moved into my space yet, but Im hopeful that I will continue to be satisfied. The location is easy to get to via car or public transportation and its clean and bright.

I have been a customer with Public Storage on and off for a few years and I havent had any issues as far as my property being kept there. They have a great manager (Susan) on site who is very much hands on when it comes to service or any issues one may have. Occasionally they bring in a new person without good customer service skills but once you inform Susan of any concerns she handles it right away.

Top notch customer service! Melissa is awesome, and represents Public Storage with a professional, courteous, and above all friendly demeanor!! Her smile is breathtaking!!! To say the least. I was blown away by the experience. The property itself is clean, well maintained, and secure. I also had the opportunity of meeting Susan. She also displayed the same level of professionalism! Overall they rock!!!

dealing with other storage places have been a nightmare, but April and Keba are amazing. They are amazingly friendly and welcoming. It is as if we are family. This facility is always clean and managed well. thank you ladies, always good to see those smiles when I walk in. If youre looking for a good storage facility Public storage on Camp Creek should be your choice... 5 stars for me.

We store specialized containers at this location and have for almost three years. I am being told by our drivers that the roof leaks (and has for about 3 years). The gate malfunctions. And I have been trying to trying to get the exterior lights fixed for over a month. While the personnel maybe nice and professional, the facility maintenance leaves a lot to be desired.
