Had my RV (along with several others in the facility) broken into after only about a month at this facility. Manager called to notify me and told me police had been called - I left immediately to evaluate and my unit and when I arrived nobody was there. Had to call the police again myself to get added to the report. Facility missed other units that had been broken into/damaged (I had to notify them of one) and made no effort to repair the hole in the fence the thief cut. No concession was offered for my damage/hassle/insurance deductible. I understand their responsibility is normally limited but I now have to pay $500 plus be without my RV while it is repaired for the privilege of storing at this facility.

The manager of this facility, Sarah, has made this a pleasant experience. We had to rent a facility to store items after selling our house and she has gone above and beyond to be helpful. When I left the lock I bought from her in my other car, she let us borrow one. When our U-HAUL truck broke down there, she came outside and tried to help us with it and even called people from U-HAUL to get help for us, even though we didnt rent the truck from her. Then she invited us to wait in the office while we waited for assistance. I highly recommend coming here- you will not find customer service like this anywhere else!

I would highly recommend this place. Great customer service. Jonathan listened to my needs and helped me select a storage unit as well as packing and moving supplies . The property is very well maintained, very secure and imaculate. We all know moving is a stressful and they streamlined and made the process a lot easier for me . And his assistant Sara is awesome she gives me a courtesy call every month to remind me when my bill is due.

The service and facilities at Wade Green Compass Self Storage are amazing. Jonathan helped me rent a space. He helped me pick out what size to get based on what I needed to store. The storage unit was clean when I moved in. Rented a truck to move, also very clean. I also got the best price and I am reminded each month when my rent is due. Very helpful, courteous and kind staff!

Sarah is an awesome manager! She is very courteous & professional when handling all business affairs. She goes beyond the call of duty in making sure the property is ran appropriately. The premise is well secure with great lighting & gated. No complaints from this happy customer!

Alot of homeless people hang around the area at night. People storage unit get broken into. I had a unit n will not have another one. There r cameras there but was told not on the side of my unit. There only on the office....
