I wish I could give them ZERO stars because they were very unprofessional. I reserved a truck in person with the lady who worked there, told her I needed a dolly to move a washer/dryer and she advised me that the dolly would be on the truck. When I picked up the truck the next day after they were closed, the dolly was not on the truck like she promised and the hold time for customer service was greater then 20mins, so I took the truck, moved what I could move and took the truck back. When they opened the next day, I called and told them how they forgot the dolly, the girl stated she knew she forgot to put it on there, so she took off the $10 fee for it. when I advised how I was inconvenienced because I couldnt move everything bc they messed up, I was told that I would have to pay for another day for the rental. WHY when it was your fault. I will never rent from them again bc this is ridiculous. the right thing to do was to allow me to use a truck and dolly for a couple of hours to finish moving for free but no theyre telling me that I have to pay again for their mistake. STAY AWAY. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Convenient, but not the most knowledgable staff. I rented a Uhaul to move to New York at the end of November, and while there, I asked if they had locks to lock the trucks rear door. The woman there sold me one of the locks they have there--only one kind--and when I got home and had finished loading the truck, I realized the lock didnt fit...it was clearly made for securing the doors of the storage units there, not the rented Uhauls. So I returned it, but there was some issue with the computer (convenient), and I got a print out showing a refund. Fine. Well, after the chaos of the move two weeks later, I realized when I looked at my bank statement I didnt get my return. I called and spoke to the manager, who informed me they dont DO credit card refunds, they only issue checks...and she couldnt tell me if they had issued a check or not, or where it had been sent, yada yada yada. Now, early in January, Ive still not seen a check and I know I wont get one. Im out 13 bucks for an overpriced lock that they kept. Not the most professional service.

If you dont mind the insurance coverage, offered to you through Compass, NOT covering a lot of MOLD on your items in an expensive "climate controlled" storage room, and NO reimbursement kind for any of your antique furniture or any other item (clothes, books, etc), then youll love it here. Yes, I know Ill probably be given the "cold shoulder" by the employees working there now, as I cant move anywhere else (flat broke - no one to help me move), its alright, been there, done that. Good luck

Reserved a moving van but still I had to wait 45 mn for the staff (two ladies) to show up after a customer volunteered to look for them on the property because they turned their phones off and nobody could reach them. After dropping off the van after store hours, the next day I received an extra 25$ fee for cleaning (van was used to move boxes of clothes and suitcases). Worst experience with u-haul so far.

Units are clean, offer 24/7 access, and the staff Ive dealt with (Melinda and Maria) have always been knowledgeable about the items they sell in the office and the units themselves. Heck they remember my unit number better than I do when I walk in the office. Would highly recommend the location to anyone looking for a storage unit in the Smyrna area.

They rip you off. They charge you to pay your bill. I didnt want their insurance. I showed them proof of home owners 3 times they finally acknowledged I had home owners insurance, then my rates magically went up by the same amount as their insurance they wanted me to have through them. If my wife dies before I do they can have whats in there.

This place sucks, the woman who works there is very unpro. She leaves the office without a notice of when she will be back, the next time i came back there was a sign on the door that stated will not be back for 45mins. they need someone that really wants to work there.

My rental experience was perfect. From having a good inventory to choose from to meet my needs, to the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was always very helpful and quick to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this facility.
