If you like to overpay for bad attitude, poor customer service,coming to a locked building during store hours and the manager ask you "what do you want" instead of "how can I help you" this is the place to be. Dont come to the storage 30 minutes before the place close asking have access to YOUR belongs, because Bill Kite the manager out of all people will tell you they are closing soon and he is too lazy to take you up there. Their rudeness outshine the whole purpose of wanting to use them. Bill will have an attitude EVERYDAY. These people are rude, unprofessional, and expensive. You are better off leaving your things somewhere else instead of here

@missy bleu must be talking about someone else, as this is not even close to the experience I had. 1st Security Storage is the place to go for anyone looking for storage, and the attitudes and professionalism of the staff is unmatched. They were tremendous and I would disregard any bad reviews and hire them again in a minute.
