This facility is fantastic! I have been storing here for business purposes for over 2 years and have been extremely happy with my experience, I have used several different storage units across the country over the last 8 years and this has been the best. Yvette greets me by name, is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. She has even brought out water during a particularly hot summer day when I was cleaning up my unit, excellent customer service! The staff (always friendly) accepts packages on my behalf and the grounds are kept in great condition, clean and secure! Would highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

This is the best self storage facility in the area...EXTREMELY helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Their rates are very competitive and saved me LOTS during a time that was financially strained. Yvette was so amazing and made the experience very quick and easy, which made moving (which I dreaded) quite pleasant. Customer service and cleanliness is top notch and I have been tremendously satisfied with the choice to store here at Extra Space....thanks again to Yvette for going above and beyond to make this such a nice transition!!!!

This place is very convenient to get to the storage bins are in excellent condition security system is awesome the lady at the front desk Yvette is awesome !!!she took care of me and was very informational and is at 100% with her job!! She got my storage bin ready for me within minutes I rate this place with 5 stars if there was 10 I would give her 10 this place is awesome very happy with my experience at Extra Space Storage!!!

Nice facility. Its a little out of the way but not difficult to get to. Trish made the rental process quick and was very nice. Got a nice deal for renting online and the first month free is nice. Wide variety of unit sizes with prices that compare well to other storage facilities in the area (but on the low end). Was happy that I could get an indoor unit at this location as that better suited my needs.

We feel confident our personal belongings will be safe and secure at Extra Space Storage while we are relocating. The Sales associate Yvette was very nice and helpful in answering all of our questions. Also it didnt cost as much as i thought it would. Yvette even helped us get my mother in law a discount just for referring us!

Very professional and friendly service. I was worried my Jackson kayak and trailer with long tongue wouldnt fit in a storage unit being nearly 14 long. I was very pleased that it fit neatly in a 10x15 unit. Living in an apartment I have no place to keep my big toys. Extra Space Storage rocks!

I have had a wonderful experience with extra storage in Covington Kentucky, I am sad to be leaving actually after a year now!!! Yvette has been the best employee, always made me feel comfortable and welcome!!! Sad I wont see her anymore

The staff is friendly and helpful and the grounds are maintained nicely. The units are gate access only with a pin code that you make when you sign up at first. If you dont need climate control these work well for the price.

They charged my account twice in one day causing a $30.00 late fee then bank fees on top of that. I asked if she could wave it since it was my first time and she said "No". I cannot wait to get my things out of storage!
