Ebony is the best! Our movers arrived late and I accidentally drained my car battery while waiting and couldnt get it to start. Ebony grabbed her jumper cables and knew exactly what to do...my car started and I was good to go. Thank you, Ebony! Ebony also made sure that she stayed on site until we moved completely out of our storage units. She was so helpful and always had a smile on her face. I work in Customer Care and Ebony definitely gets an A+ for customer care! Thank you, Public Storage, for hiring such a wonderful person. She represents your company well and I will definitely use Public Storage again in the future because of my experience.

This Public Storage kept my stuff for almost a year, and everything was as I left it when I moved the first time. The outdoor storage was not impervious to humidity, but none of my belongings ever came into direct contact with water. Everything came out in great condition. The price I paid for more than enough space for my things was reasonable, and only went up by $5 half way into my tenure there. The staff is friendly and always available to help. Overall I would highly recommend trusting your items to this business.

I was able to reserve my storage unit using their website. It was extremely convenient especially coming from 10 hours away. When we arrived we checked out the facility. The gate closes behinds every car. You have to have a code to get in. They also do daily lock checks, and will contact you if something looks suspicious. They also have cameras, so all your belongings will be safe. I highly recommend Public Storage on Maxwell. Robert was extremely informative, and polite! Thank you for making our move such a breeze!

Tasha is very kind and resourceful. She has excellent customer service and finds pleasure in making sure storage needs are met, even when the property she manages does not have the unit you need. Stay away! Once I gave notice that I would be terminating my contract and removing my contents, my lock was cut off. Office worker claimed that they didnt know anything about it. My remaining contents were left unsecure. They claimed that they left me a voice mail to let me know that my lock was laying on the ground. Not true - no voice mail received!

Im new to town and happened upon Public Storage. Ive never used a storage facility before and Tasha was very helpful walking me through the process. She was very up front about pricing and discounts. I was taken on a tour of the unit before signing up and she did a great job walking me through the access process. Very happy I came here!

I wanted to rent from the storage place at state bridge and jones bridge but it was priced too high. Got a much better price from the location on maxwell. Vivvie was great. Place is clean and all I need. Ok the nearby dump adds an interesting aroma at times, but I can live with that for a good deal

Maybe locating to the Alpharetta area from Tennessee.I came by this location to check on prices and the staff was a pleasure to work with,the prices were very doable with my budget, and the property was very clean and safe! This will definitely be my only choice if I move back.
