I selected this place for 3 reasons: (1) reputable brand, (2) conveniently located, (3) caught the $1 first-month special, which made the price unbeatable. My first experience with personnel was during a call inquiring about contract specifics. The man who answered the phone did an excellent job of answering my questions and advising on policies (without sounding condescending). I like that I can adjust (for example, downgrade the size of) my storage space without much notice - and with no negative financial implication (units are rent-able month-to-month and the cost is prorated if you need to swap units, mid-month). Finally, I visited the store. I worked with Ebony and Monay; both of whom were impressively service-oriented, articulate, and personable. They showed the space(s) [I have two units at the moment], and helped me complete the paperwork to formalize the arrangement. Ebony provided perfect guidance about how much packing material to buy, without overselling. :) The spaces are clean, secure, and well-lit. There is minimal random debris around the property - the property appears well cared for. So far, flawless execution on the part of the store employees!

I had an amazing experience with LaToya and Ron. My unit was scheduled for auction. I didnt have the full amount at the time of my arrival. I was waiting for the other party to pay a small portion. (I thought I was going to loose all my belongings.) They saw were i was overwhelm with the situation.They showed empathy and said things to let me know they care. They both answered all my questions. They were very friendly, professional and courteous. If you need to store your belongings rather its short or long term I would recommend you go see them located in Sandy Springs on Roswell Rd. I promise you would not be disappointed. They are satisfaction guaranteed to making sure you have a great experience. Thanks Ron and LaToya!

We have received excellent customer service here. We co-ordinated with Ron. He was exceptionally professional yet extremely courteous and customer friendly. He did his job with that human touch that makes a customer welcome. We are very impressed with his consideration for customers concerns and his suggestions for best deals. On a personal note he will be a great resource in the managerial capacity in any hospitality industry as the face of the organisation. You can trust my word.

This is the second time that Ive utilized this location. There were specials in surrounding areas for storage (as was this location), but the service from Kay Kay on both occasions was the deciding factor. Shes extremely hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is very well kept and the dollies on site made my move much easier. I highly recommend this location due to the great customer service and maintenance.

I am in the process of moving out of state and possible out of the country before February 16th. I came into the office with lots of question, and though the weather was not so nice - Ebony was full of sunshine. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable without trying to "oversell" me on space or services I didnt need! Its rare to have great customer service these days so I really appreciate her help!

Latoya, provided me with Excellent Customer Service. All of my questions and concerns were answered promptly. I was pleased with Latonyas friendliness, she even waited with me as I waited for my daughter came to pick me back up. I purchased a few items and Latonya and Latonya helped me with that also. Cheapest prices for an indoor, climate-controlled public storage unit within 25 minutes of Atlanta. The facility is clean and the staff is excellent. LaToya walked us through everything really well, and was helpful throughout the move.
