Moisture got into my unit and ruined my furniture because they used tarp/ vinyl lining for a ceiling which had rips and tares in it. The rep assured me that it wouldnt be an issue he lied. They are in cahoots with the fraud insurance company. I recorded where on the ceiling you could clearly see mold and tried to send the videos to the insurance company and in 2016 the insurance company rep. Wouldnt accept my video saying the file size was too big... And that they dont use links to retrieve proof of damage as if I have control over how gmail is set up to use drop box for attachments. I will never store with them again.

My brother asked me to write this. He and my sister-in-law rented a storage unit at one Uncle Bobs today, and they used the moving van from this Uncle Bobs. They were late and didnt have the phone number for the one with the van. They got there at 5 after 6 which is closing time but the lady was still there. She said she knew they were coming because she looked up their name in the other locations files, and saw that they had the storage rented. They said she was very nice, and even though the other guy hadnt told them a lot about what they needed for the van, like the deposit!!, she was great to deal with.

I have had a unit at this location for several years. I have seen managers come and go. I can truly say that Siohban, if not the best, is one of the best managers Ive seen and delt with. She really cares about the facility and is very conscious about the propertys appearance.She is definitely a business minded person. Ive had a couple of conversations with her, and in every conversation shes constantly trying to find ways to make the business grow.

I have been to several storage places shopping around. When I came to this location i was met by the manager, Siobhan. She showed me three different sizes of units and I was pleased to see how clean and up kept the property was. She was very kind and informational about the whole process. I would highly recommend this store location to anyone who is in need for storage.

I was desperate 2 find a storage I felt safe with & my daughtr recommended Uncle Bob I sed hun I dont know of an Uncle Bob N our family she lafd & sed mom its a storage place I cald & they hav always ben like family a true Uncle & Iv ben with them 4 a while N 2 cities yup Yall R great thanx 2 U & my daughter & GOD!!!

I love the customer service here and the grounds are always clean. Ive yet to have an issue with bugs and the halls are very well lit. The only issue I have is the price change depending on the season, but thats corporate not the site. I absolutely love the people and feel secure with my belongings being kept here.

Great place! Rob and his secretary are both very friendly and helpful. It really is almost like doing business with family, the way they treat you. The facility is orderly and neat. Judy even swept out the unit I rented before I moved in. If youre near the Jonesboro Road / Morrow area and need storage, GO HERE!

I parked my car here for 5 months while I was out of the country and came back to find it just how I left it. Siobhan, the manager, is the best. First of all, the customer service is great and you also get a feeling that she treats your stored goods just as if they were hers. Totally recommended.

Rob is the reason this location is so good. I remember this place before it was Uncle Bobs. It wasnt nice at all. Uncle Bobs took it over and it got better, but when Rob started managing it got great. Place is always clean, when stuff breaks it gets fixed.
