Just rented; though two staff seemed friendly at first, my son and I were surprised as he was pressured by Extra Space Storage staff into writing a review, and the manager entered 5 stars herself! That should be left up to the customer if they want to do a review or not! They seemed to be more interested in getting 5-star rating; went back into office as they left their lock on unit I just rented and I felt like I disrupted them; however, they did drive cart back around to remove, but said nothing to me so far as apologizing for the inconvenience.

Your staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! I had originally intended to rent a much smaller unit, as I had never used a storage space before. The associate who assisted me, Lori, advised that the space I had in mind wouldnt fit my needs, and she helped me find the PERFECT unit. Im so glad she was willing to take the time and find what would work best for me. When you need to leave your belongings in someone elses hands, it is a warm feeling when the staff is honest & shows genuine care. Id recommend this place to anyone & everyone.

I have used this location for 3 yrs and have 3 units. I have told everyone to come here. I love the nice staff and how wonderful they are at making sure we have all we need. The staff is soooo friendly and always full of smiles. I have never had a bad experience. I will continue to refer people to this location. Thank u so much for being so great at ur job. I recommend this location to anyone that needs storage. It is well lit with good gate hours. The property is very clean every time I go there. Yes I got a rate increase however they keep improving the property, so as long as I keep seeing where the money is going I dont have a problem with it. When you go into the office ask for Lori she has the best customer service.

Very clean, extremely nice & helpful staff. Excellent facility. Even under going new paint... Looks very good compared to other Extra Space Storage properties that I have encountered. The rates are extremely low for great storage! Gerard Vega & Raven-Symone Jennings are some of the best customer service reps around... Thanks for all you guys help!!!

Storage unit is spacious and well kept up! Very clean and a large space for very little price. Manager Lori has great customer service and is very nice and makes everything clear and easy to understand! So grateful we chose this place to move our things into! If youre looking for somewhere dependable to move your things into, this is the place!

The price of my unit has gone up twice since Ive been renting my unit. I dont think its right to just raise the price whenever. I rented a unit from uhaul in College Park ,Ga and the price I signed up to rent my unit for never changed the entire time I rented it,and I rented it for quite some time. I received and random rate increase from corporate. I did not receive the notice. The individual owners have no control over rate increases. This is completely unfair. However, the people who work at this facility are very nice and try to work with you.
