If someone asks me where to buy storage, I will tell them anyplace BUT Simply Self Storage. My soon to be nine year old account for a 10x20 went from 108.33?spec a month to 186.66?spec. Surely their property didnt necessitate an increase in rent every year but two. Its Extortion Self Storage in my humble. Nice enough employees and local mgmt but the HQ are greedy basturds and NOW I am paying 20.00 less than 1/2 for a 10x15 thats way closer to home. There is also a Cel tower within 100 of the office and two more within 300 yards which I doubt concerns corporate mgmt one iota about the adverse potential health risks. To their credit, this is probably the cleanest and most secure storage facility in the Tri-County area but the bitterness of my dissatisfaction with the corporate greed mentality spans almost all places where profit comes before safety or customer service aint that right BP, Wall Street, Washington, DECEIT? It just saddens me that their employees arent demanding their hypothetical "tin foil hats" cause when 5-G comes online....its ALL BAD! ALL OVER! x2 ways

Very professional staff and reasonably well maintained facility. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is that the online reservation system is not clear on whether your are getting and interior or exterior unit. I got an interior one and on arrival to finish the paperwork and fill the unit, found out the hard way. Other than that, it suits my needs which are short term (<2 months).

I stored my vintage sports car and some household items at Simply Self Storage and had a very good experience. I really like that there is on-site management available to watch the place to help if and when needed. I never had problems getting access to my unit and the facilities are generally in good conditions although the pavement will need some attention soon. Thanks Allison!

Dont ever go here, They dont take care of the complaints seriously =. I had multiple issues with the unit. And i kept complaining but no body ever followed up with it - i had to empty the storage after they not fixing the issue - Property manager is also not at all concern about your issues and will not work with you

The office is never open during mid days during lunch hours. They leave you waiting 20 plus minutes from the time of return on the door. They hardly answer the phone. The units fill up with stink bugs. I would put in my 30 days in but no one is ever there!

I rented a personal storage unit here for 4 years and have no complaints about the service. The cost was reasonable, I never had an access problem, and the staff was friendly and helpful at every interaction. I would return for future storage needs.

HAWKITEERS

This is a convenient location but be careful of RATS. We found rat droppings everywhere and had to steam clean all our furniture and clothing in boxes. This facility really needs to take care of their RAT problems.

Left threatening voicemails about collections if I didnt pay the service fee day off in lieu of allowing me to pay over phone. Upon arrival, clerk is never available. Still waiting for my final bill in the mail.
